The K-State women's tennis team were victorious on six courts on Friday (Jan. 17) over Arkansas at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden near Palm Springs, Calif.

FROM THE COURTS
Head Coach Jordan Smith
On the team's improvement from the first match…
"I was really happy with our form today. To win six out of nine matches against a good team like Arkansas was a great response by our players. We told our team that we need to treat this week like a conference tournament and buy in for three days in a row. We bounced back well today but we need to follow it up again tomorrow."
