K-State Signee Speiser Selected for McDonald's All-American Game

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State women's basketball 2025 signee Jordan Speiser has been named to the 2025 McDonald's All-American Game. Speiser is the first Wildcat signee to be selected to play in the game, which started in 2002 for girls basketball.
Speiser was selected to the West roster with the game being played in Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The game will be played on Tuesday, April 1, at 5:30 p.m. (CT) on ESPN2. Speiser could also be selected to participate in the Sprite Jam Fest on Monday, March 31, in either the 3-point contest or knockout game. The Sprite Jam Fest will air on ESPN2 at 6:15 p.m.
Earlier this winter, the guard from Warrenton, Missouri, was named to the USA roster for the 26th Nike Hoop Summit, which features a men's and women's game between the top American players against the top international players 19-and-younger, on April 12, at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon.
The 2025 Nike Hoop Summit games will be televised on USA Network and streamed on Peacock. The women's game will tip-off at 6:30 p.m.
Speiser, a 2024-25 Jersey Mike's Naismith Trophy Girl's High School Player of the Year Preseason Watch List, is a five-star prospect and ranked sixith overall by On3 and ranked 10th overall in the class of 2025 by ESPNHoopGurlz.Â
According to ProspectsNation.com, Speiser is ranked 14th in the nation and the number five wing in the country. According to 247sports, Speiser ranked 19th overall, rated as the number four shooting guard in the nation and the top player in the state of Missouri.
Following the conclusion of the summer of 2024, Speiser was rated as one of the top shooters in the nation by ESPN.com. During the summer, Speiser shot 54.5 percent at Nike Nationals and tallied an overall EYBL shooting percentage of 47.3 percent.
During her career at Lutheran of St. Charles County, Speiser is a two-time Missouri Basketball Coaches Association (MBCA) All-State Class 5 selection and a two-time MBCA Class 5 District 4 recipient. She helped the program to a state title in 2023 and a runner-up finish in 2024.
