MANHATTAN, Kan. – Each week throughout the 2025 season, k-statesports.com recaps the action for the 18 former Kansas State football players currently in the NFL.
Felix Anudike-Uzomah, DE – Kansas City Chiefs
Anudike-Uzomah spent his entire third NFL season on injured reserve for Kansas City, which finished the year with a 6-11 record following a 14-12 loss at the Las Vegas Raiders.
Cooper Beebe, OL – Dallas Cowboys
Beebe made his 11th start of the season and was in for all 55 offensive snaps during Dallas' 34-17 loss at the New York Giants. The Cowboys finished the season with a 7-9-1 record.
JuJu Brents, CB – Miami Dolphins
In his third NFL season and first in Miami, Brents finished the season on injured reserve. The Dolphins concluded 2025 with a 7-10 record following a 38-10 loss at New England.
DJ Giddens, RB – Indianapolis Colts
Giddens rushed eight times for 30 yards among his 20 offensive snaps during the Colts' 38-30 loss at Houston. Indianapolis finished the season with an 8-9 record.
Josh Hayes, DB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Hayes, who is in his third season, saw time on 17 special teams plays during Tampa Bay's 16-14 home victory over Carolina on Saturday. Tampa Bay finished the season with an 8-9 record but missed out on the NFC South championship due to tiebreakers.
Timmy Horne, DT – Tennessee Titans
Horne spent his entire fourth NFL season on the Titans' practice squad. Tennessee finished the year with a 3-14 record after a 41-7 loss at Jacksonville.
Easton Kilty, OL – New Orleans Saints
A rookie free agent signee, Kilty spent the entire 2025 season on New Orleans' practice squad. The Saints finished with a 6-11 record following a 19-17 loss at Atlanta.
KT Leveston, OL – Cleveland Browns
Leveston, who is in his second season, recorded his seventh start of the year and was in for all 52 offensive snaps during the Browns' 20-18 win at Cincinnati. Cleveland finished the season with a 5-12 record.
Tyler Lockett, WR – Las Vegas Raiders
Lockett, who joined the Raiders midseason after beginning the year with Tennessee, had one catch for five yards among his 32 offensive snaps during Las Vegas' 14-12 win over Kansas City. The Raiders finished the year with a 3-14 record.
Cornelius Lucas, OL – Cleveland Browns
Lucas concluded his 12th NFL season by seeing time on four special teams plays during Cleveland's 20-18 win at Cincinnati. The Browns finished the year with a 5-12 record.
Jacob Parrish, CB – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Parrish, a third-round draft pick by the Buccaneers, tallied three tackles, an interception and pass breakup while playing on all 51 defensive snaps in Tampa Bay's 16-14 win over Carolina on Saturday. The Buccaneers finished with an 8-9 record but lost out on the NFC South division title to the Panthers due to tiebreakers.
D.J. Reed, DB – Detroit Lions
Reed finished off his eighth NFL season and first with the Lions by recording two tackles among his 33 defensive snaps in Detroit's 19-16 win at Chicago. The Lions concluded the season with a winning record at 9-8.
Dalton Risner, OL – Cincinnati Bengals
Risner completed his seventh NFL season and first in Cincinnati by starting his 11th game of the year and 92nd of his career as he was in for all 68 offensive snaps during the Bengals' 20-18 home loss to Cleveland. Cincinnati finished the season with a 6-11 record.
Marques Sigle, S – San Francisco 49ers
Sigle, a fifth-round selection in this year's draft, saw time on 15 special teams plays during San Francisco's 13-3 home loss to Seattle on Saturday night. The 49ers are the No. 6 seed in the NFC Playoffs as they play at Philadelphia on Sunday in a 3:30 p.m. (CT) game that will air on FOX.
Ben Sinnott, TE – Washington Commanders
Finishing his second NFL season, Sinnott tallied two catches for three yards among his 38 offensive snaps in addition to seeing time on five special teams plays in Washington's 24-17 win at Philadelphia. The Commanders concluded the season at 5-12.
Skylar Thompson, QB – Pittsburgh Steelers
In his fourth NFL season and first with the Steelers, Thompson is on injured reserve. Pittsburgh won the AFC North with a 26-24 victory over Baltimore on Sunday night, and, as the No. 4 seed, the Steelers host Houston on Monday in a 7 p.m. (CT) game that will be shown on ESPN and ABC.
Deuce Vaughn, RB – Denver Broncos
Vaughn, who is in his third NFL season and first in Denver, is on the Broncos' practice squad. Denver earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC Playoffs and a first-round bye following a 19-3 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers that saw the Broncos finish the regular season with a 14-3 record.
Russ Yeast, S – Cincinnati Bengals
Yeast, who is in his third NFL season and first with the Bengals, spent the season on Cincinnati's practice squad. The Bengals finished the year with a 6-11 record following a 20-18 home loss to Cleveland.
