Student Men's Basketball Claim Process

Student passholders are required to login and claim a ticket for each men’s basketball home game you plan to attend.

You will need your K-State eID and your password to login to your KSIS account.
How the Student Claim Process Works
- An exclusive ticket claim window will open one week prior to each home game for student passholders to login and claim a ticket. Possession of a student pass does not guarantee entry to every game. You must claim a ticket in advance.
- Priority access will be given to students who have attended multiple games in recognition of their loyalty to the program. Prior to each claim window, passholders will be divided into three tiers:
- Tier 1 - attended every home game
- Tier 2 - attended 2+ games
- Tier 3 - attended 1 or 0 games
- One week prior to each game, students can begin claiming a ticket according to the following schedule:
- Tier 1 can begin claiming at 8:30 a.m.
- Tier 2 opens at noon
- Tier 3 opens at 4:00 p.m.
- All student passholders will be assigned to Tier 1 for the first home game of the season (Oct. 29 vs. Fort Hays State). Starting with game two (Nov. 5 vs. New Orleans), Tiers will be assigned based on attendance.
- i.e. if you claimed a student ticket and scanned into Game 1, you will be in Tier 1; if you did not attend Game 1, you will be in Tier 3
- Student passholders can still claim a ticket up to one hour prior to the start of the game if inventory is available.
- Any student tickets that are not allocated within the exclusive 48-hour window may become available to the general public according to the claim schedule below.
- Student tickets to each game are allocated online only. Your Student Athletic Pass and claimed ticket is non-transferable and cannot be resold. Do NOT give your account information to anyone or log in to any other student's account. Each ticket must be used by the K-State student who claimed the ticket. Students are NOT allowed to scan in more than one ticket per person.
- Any student passholder who claims a ticket but does not scan into the game may forfeit their opportunity to claim a student ticket in future claim windows.
- If you are not able to attend a particular game, don’t claim a ticket! Claiming a ticket but not attending the game prevents another student from being able to attend. You are not penalized for not claiming a ticket.
- On gameday, entry into the Coliseum will occur in the same manner as football with two separate ICAT and Combo student lines for every game.
- Students are required to enter at the southeast entrance
- ICAT members can begin entering one hour prior to tipoff
- Combo passholders begin entering 45 minutes prior to tipoff
- Only those students with a claimed mobile ticket can enter on gameday
- The student section is located in sections 19-25 for men's basketball. Student seating remains first-come, first-served general admission, allowing you to sit with your friends.

It is the student passholder's responsibility to make a note of the claim window dates and times. Reminders will NOT be sent every week.

* - For University Break Games, general admission tickets will be sold in Sections 22-25 prior to the student claims process opening. Students will still be able to claim tickets to these games, just at a limited number.
