How the Student Claim Process Works
- An exclusive ticket claim window will open on the Monday prior to each home game for student passholders to login and claim a ticket. Possession of a student pass does not guarantee entry to every game. You must claim a ticket in advance.
- A Student Athletic Pass must be paid in full by 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 24 to ensure you receive your pass and are eligible to claim a ticket for the first gameday at The Bill when the Wildcats host Nicholls. Any Student Athetic Pass paid for after 3:00 p.m. Monday, August 24 are not guaranteed access to claim a ticket to the home opener.
- Priority access will be given to students who have attended multiple games in recognition of their loyalty to the program. Prior to each claim window, passholders will be divided into three tiers:
- Tier 1 - attended every home game
- Tier 2 - attended 2+ games
- Tier 3 - attended 1 or 0 games
- The Monday prior to each game, students can begin claiming a ticket according to the following schedule:
- Tier 1 can begin claiming at 8:30 a.m.
- Tier 2 opens at noon
- Tier 3 opens at 4:00 p.m.
- All student passholders will be assigned to Tier 1 for the first home game of the season (Sep. 5 vs. Nicholls). Starting with game three (Sep. 19 vs. Tulane), tiers will be assigned based on attendance.
- i.e. if you claimed a student ticket and scanned into Game 1 and 2, you will be in Tier 1; if you did not attend Game 1, you will be in Tier 3
- Any student passholder who claims a ticket but does not scan into the game may forfeit their opportunity to claim a student ticket during the next claim window.
- This means if you claimed a ticket to Game 1 and did not scan in, you may not be able to claim a ticket for Game 2
- Student passholders can still claim a ticket up to two hours prior to the start of the game, online only, if inventory is available.
- Any student tickets that are not allocated within the exclusive 48-hour window may become available to the general public according to the claim schedule.
- Student tickets to each game are allocated online only. Your Student Athletic Pass and claimed ticket is non-transferable and cannot be resold. Do NOT give your account information to anyone or log in to any other student's account. Each ticket must be used by the K-State student who claimed the ticket. Students are NOT allowed to scan in more than one ticket per person.
- Please note: Apple Binding for iPhone users will still be in effect. Sharing loging, screenshots, emails, or texts with ticket links will result in disabled passes and will NOT grant entry on gameday.
- If you are not able to attend a particular game, don’t claim a ticket! Claiming a ticket but not attending the game prevents another student from being able to attend. You are not penalized for not claiming a ticket, but you may be penalized for claiming and not using a ticket.
- On gameday, student entry will occur with two lines: (1) ICAT, (2) Combo and Football Only student lines for every game.
- Only those students with a claimed mobile ticket can enter on gameday.
- On football gamedays, ICAT members can begin entering Gate G two hours prior to kickoff. All other student pass holders begin entering Gate G one hour and 45 minutes prior to kickoff.
- The student section is located in sections 24-28 for football. Student seating remains first-come. first-served general admission, allowing you to sit with your friends.
