Bay enters his first season as a graduate assistant at K-State. Bay, who played two seasons for the Wildcats after transferring from Paris Junior College, graduated in 2020 with a degree in kinesiology.

2019 SUMMER LEAGUE
Played for the Juno Beach (Florida) Loggerheads in the Collegiate Leagues of the Palm Beaches ... Made eight appearances (seven starts) for the Loggerheads and posted a record of 2-1 with a 6.38 ERA (22 ER, 31.0 IP) ... Second on the team with 41 strikeouts ... Struck out 32 hitters in his last five starts (two wins) over 24 2/3 innings ... The Loggerheads finished the regular season 13-10 and earned an appearance in the championship game in the College League of the Palm Beaches playoffs.
JUNIOR (2019)
Made five relief appearances in his first season at K-State ... In 6 1/3 innings of relief, had no record with a 4.26 ERA (3 ER) and seven strikeouts and three walks ... In his season debut, went a season-long 2 1/3 innings with a season-best four strikeouts against Fresno State at the Tony Gwynn Legacy in San Diego, California ... In the outing, Bay did not allow a run on two hits with a walk ... Struck out three over two hitless innings against Nebraska on April 2 ... Did not allow an earned run in three of his five outings ... Surrendered two earned runs on two hits and a walk in one inning at Creighton on April 7 ... Did not appear in Big 12 play, as his last appearance was April 7 at Creighton.

Pitched for Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas for head coach Clay Cox ... In 2017, helped the Dragons earn a berth in the Regions XIV Tournament for the first time since 2014, advancing to the semifinals.

Attended McKinney North High School in McKinney, Texas ... Was a three-year letterwinner for the Bulldogs, earning first-team and second-team all-district honors in his career while leading McKinney North to a district championship along with being a two-time area finalist.
