HONORS

AS A SENIOR (2024)

Recorded his 10k personal best at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15/24), two minutes faster than his time last season in 31:28.1, placing 110^th.
Ran in the Big 12 Championship (11/1/24) finishing 79^th with a time of 24:57.3 in the 8k.
Recorded a consecutive 8k personal best at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18/24) under 25 minutes at 24:49.6 in 79^th place.
During the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) he ran in the 8k with a time of 25:10.3, placing 174th.
At the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) he finished the top-20 in the 6k with a time of 19:35.3 in 18^th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)

Ran in his first 10k during the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a time of 33:47.5.
At the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) he ran in the 8k with a time of 25:15.6, more than 15 seconds faster than his previous best, placing 75^th.
Competed in the 8k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a time of 25:34.4, a second more than his previous meet, placing 67^th.
In the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he finished 70^th in the 8k with a time of 25:33.3.
At the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) he ran an 8k time of 25:32.1, finishing 74^th.
During the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) he finished the 6k in 19^th place, with a time of 19:52.6.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (10/28/22) where he finished 63^rd in the 8k with a time of 26:55.1.
During the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he ran an 8k time of 26:14.0.
In the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) 6k he posted a new personal best of 19:32.2, finishing 19^th.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)

Posted an 8k time of 26:33.5 at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21), placing 131^st.
Competed in his first meet at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21), finishing 117^th with an 8k time of 26:43.0.

OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) he ran in two preliminary events; the 1,500 meters in 3:54.31 and the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.36.
Ran his fastest 800 meters in two years at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a time of 1:52.38, finishing in 10^thplace.
Competed in the 1,500 meters unseeded race at the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) with a time of 3:52.50 in 11^thplace. He also ran in the DMR, his team finishing in a time of 10:05.51.
Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) with a time of 3:56.40 in 10^th place.
Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) in two events, the 1,500 meters (10^th; 3:54.33) and 800 meters (13^th; 1:52.87).

INDOOR

Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (2/28-3/1/25) with his DMR team in 7th place with a altitude converted time of 9:42.38 (9:47.12 without conversion), a new school record.
Recorded his mile personal best at the Tyson Invite (2/14-15/25) in 4:10.65, two seconds faster than his previous time from the same meet last season.
Ran in the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) finishing in 3^rdplace with a time of 2:27.04.
Starting the season in the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) he competed in the 3,000 meters for the first time with a 3^rd place time of 8:29.20.

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the 1,500 meters preliminary in the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) with a time of 3:51.55.
Finished 3^rd in the 800 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 1:52.81.
Won the 800 meters at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) collegiate event with a time of 3:50.57.
Recorded a new 1,500 meters personal best at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) with a runner-up time of 3:48.77.
Ran in two events at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24), finishing runner-up in the 1,500 meters at 3:52.42, and 4^th in the 800 meters in 1:53.88.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he finished 4^th in the 1,500 meters at 3:53.53, also running in the 4x400 relay, his team finishing in 3:32.49.

INDOOR

Competed in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing with a time of 10:09.32 in 10^th place.
Won the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 2:27.77.
Ran in the mile at the Tyson Invitational (2/9-10/24) in 4:12.13 in 19^th place.
Recorded a new 1,000 meters personal best since 2021 at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a winning time of 2:27.02, also running in the 800 meters in 1"53.41 in 10^thplace and ran in his fastest 4x400 relay in 3:17.20 in 7^thplace.
At the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.90 in 8^th place.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he ran the mile in 4:13.86, in 3^rd place.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) where he finished 5^th with a time of 3:54.83.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) he finished 3^rd in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.60.
In the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) he ran in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:51.72.
During the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) he ran in the 800 meters with a time of 1:52.67.
Ran in his first 1,500 meters at the Bobcat Invitational (3/31-4/1/23) with a 7^th place time of 3:54.91. He also ran in his first 4x800 relay at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) where his team finished 8^th with a time of 7:38.50.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) he finished 2^nd in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.41.

In his only meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he finished 3^rd in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.14.

During the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22) he ran his fastest mile at 4:14.75.
Ran the mile and in the 4x400 relay during the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) finishing 2^nd in both, the mile in 4:16.85 and contributed to his relay teams finish of 3:41.49.
At the KSU-KU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) he ran an 800 meters time of 1:58.91 finishing 5^th.
In his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) he ran in the 1,000 meters at 2:35.19 with a 3^rd place finish.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Eden Prairie High School in Eden Prairie, Minn.
Lettered in cross country (four times) and track and field (three).
Placed 8th at the 2020 TCRC Cross Country Showcase with a season-best time of 16:13.0.
Advanced to the 2019 Minnesota Class AA Cross Country Championships as a junior, finishing 37^th with a 5k time of 16:17.6.
Earned a 3rd-place finish in the 800m at the 2021 state meet with a time of 1:55.55.
Named to the 2019 and 2021 all-conference track teams.
Earned All-Academic honors as a freshman.
