AS A JUNIOR (2024)

Ran in the 6k at the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) with a time of 23:19.6.
At the first race of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) she ran in the 5k with a time of 19:48.3, finishing 20^th.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023)

Recorded a new 6k personal best at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) under 23 minutes at 22:56.5, more than 30 seconds better than her previous.
Ran in her first 6k of the year at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) with a time of 23:28.1.
Recorded a new 5k personal best at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) under 19 minutes at 18:52.3, placing 59^th.
During the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished 12^th in the 5k with a time of 19:25.7.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022)

In her first collegiate 6k at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she recorded a personal best time of 24:08.9, placing 202^nd.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) with a 5k time of 19:22.8.
In her first collegiate race she competed in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) finishing with a 5k time of 19:20.6 and placing 77^th.

OUTDOOR

During the Shocker Open (5/3/24) she ran her 1,500 meters personal best with a time of 4:50.97 in 5^th place.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) she ran in the 5,000 meters where she finished 3^rd with a time of 18:25.01.
Recorded her 3,000 meters personal best at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 10:28.84 in 5^th place.

INDOOR

Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a 4^thplace time of 10:37.40.
In her first race of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters for the first time with a time of 10:39.75 in 10^th place.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Competed in the 1,500 meters for the first time at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a 7^th place time of 4:52.69.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) she ran in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:29.77.
Recorded her 5,000 meters personal best at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with a 6^th place time of 17:31.51, 30 seconds better than her first attempt in the event.
In her first collegiate meet at the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she ran in the 5,000 meters with a 3^rd place time of 18:07.19.

Did not compete during the season.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Attended Mill Valley High School in Shawnee, Kan.
Competed in cross country and track and field, 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m.
Member of four Class 5A State Championship teams while at Mill Valley, including three in cross country (2018, 2020, 2021) and one in track and field (2022).
Captured the individual cross country state title in both 2018 and 2021, while was the individual runner-up in 2019 and 2020.
Set the Mill Valley school record with a time of 17:44 at the 2021 Olathe Twilight Invitational.
Member of the 2019 4x800m relay state championship with a time of 9:34.78.
2022 Class 5A State Championships, 5^th in the 3,200m, 6^th in the 1,600m and 11^th in the 800m.
Named the 2018 Bob Timmons Award Winner.
Selected as the Hy-Vee and KMBC Athlete of the Week.
Member of the National Honor Society, Jaguar Leadership Corporation and Relay for Life Executive Leadership Team.
