 AS A SENIOR (2022)
  • Awarded All-Region Honors at the NCAA Midwest Regionals (11/11/22) by finishing 22nd in the 10k with a time of 30:06.6, almost 2 minutes faster than his previous best set last season.
  • Competed in the Big 12 Championship (10/28/22) where he lead the Wildcats with a top-20, 16th place finish in the 8k with a time of 24:44.2, 0.2 seconds shy of an All-Big 12 honor.
  • For the third meet in a row at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he led the men's team with a 53rd place finish at 24:35.6.
  • In the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) he ran a new 8k personal best by 20 seconds with 24:06.6 with a top-15 finish of 12th place.
  • Recorded a new 8k personal best since 2020 in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) at 24:29.0 with a top-10 7th place finish.
  • Starting the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) he shaved almost 20 seconds off his previous 6k personal best finishing 6th with a time of 18:42.7.

AS A SENIOR (2021)
  • Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the first time in his career, finishing 82nd with his first 10k time of 32:15.9.
  • Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), finished a team-high 24th with an 8k time of 25:30.5.
  • Performed well at the Pre-National (10/15/21) meet with a time of 25:24.4 to place 53rd out of 256 competitors.
  • Ran an 8k time of 24:51.7 at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21), finishing 36th.

AS A JUNIOR (2020)
  • Helped the Wildcats capture their highest finish (4th) at the Big 12 Championship (10/30/20), finishing 28th in the 8k race with a time of 24:31.4.
  • Ran in the Oklahoma State Invitational (10/17/20) where he ran in the 8k top-50 with a time of 25:28.6, placing 49th.
  • Recorded a top-25 performance at the Cowboy Jamboree (10/3/20) with an 8k time of 25:14.9 to place 23rd overall.
  • Earned a top-15 finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20) with a 6k time of 19:01.7 to finish 11th.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT SAINT LOUIS (2019)
  • Posted an 8k time of 28:14.6 to finish 114th at the Atlantic 10 Championships (11/2/19).
  • Performed well at the Pre-National meet (10/19/19), finishing 42nd with an 8k time of 25:56.5.
  • Led the Billikens with a 21st finish at the Gans Creek Classic (9/27/19) with an 8k time of 26.17.8.
  • Registered an 8k time of 25:39.1 at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/21/19) to place 29th overall.
 
AS A FRESHMAN AT SAINT LOUIS (2018)
  • Had a top-5 mile time of 26:22.4 to finish 71st at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/27/18).
  • Ran in his first 8k at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/12/18) with a time of 26.13.9 to place 128th.
  • In his first collegiate meet at the National Catholic Invitational (9/14/18) he finished 56th in 5 miles with a time of 26:53.4.

OUTDOOR
  • During the NCAA West Preliminary (5/23-27/23) he ran in the 1,500m preliminary round with a 31st place time of 3:48.21.
  • Medaled at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with a new 1,500m personal best time in the preliminary race at 3:43.27, before finishing 5th in the final race at 3:43.90.
  • Won the 1,500m in consecutive meets during the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a time of 3:49.87.
  • Won the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) with a time of 3:45.77.
  • Finished 4th in the 5,000m elite at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) where he recorded a new personal best time of 13:51.20, 40 seconds better than his previous.
  • Recorded his new 1,500m personal best at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) where he finished 3rd with a time of 3:45.05, now sitting at no. 9 in the K-State outdoor 1,500m records. He also ran in the DMR where his team finished 3rd in 9:44.86.
  • At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) he ran in the 5,000m finishing 5th with a time of 14:40.34.
  • In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in three events, winning the 1,500m with a time of 3:57.28, the 800m in 1:56.99 and in the 4x400 relay at 3:42.44.
INDOOR
  • Medaled in the 3,000m at the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) with a top-5 4th place time of 8:11.01.
  • Ran a new 1,000m personal best since 2021 at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a 2nd place time of 2:27.18.
  • At the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) he recorded a new 3,000m personal best at 8:06.91, finishing 3rd.
  • Recorded a new mile personal best at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) with a 3rd place time of 4:14.04.
  • In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he ran in the 3,000m with a time of 8:22.01, finishing 4th.

AS A JUNIOR (2021-22)
OUTDOOR
  • Competed in the Drake Relays (4/27-30/22) in the 4x1600 where his team ran a time of 16:52.71.
  • In the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22) he finished 3rd in the 1,500m at 3:54.47.
  • During the ESU Relays (3/24-26/22) he ran in the 800m with a time of 1:57.26.
INDOOR
  • Ran a 3rd place 3,000m time of 8:25.23 at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/4-5/22).
  • At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) he finished 3rd in the mile run with a time of 4:18.68.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2020-21)
INDOOR
  • Competed in two events at the Big 12 Championships (2/26/21) in the 800m at 8:38.37 and with his team in the DMR with a combined time of 10:17.19, placing 7th.
  • Recorded his fastest mile at the Arkansas Qualifier (2/5/21) with a time of 4:14.99.
  • Ran in the 1,000m at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) where he finished 3rd at 2:30.41.
  • Finished 2nd in the mile run during the Jayhawk Classic (1/22-23/21) with a time of 4:18.99.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT SAINT LOUIS (2019-20)

  • Finished 3rd in the 5,000m at the Billiken Invitational (4/5-6/19) with a time of 15:18.94.
INDOOR
  • Competed in the DMR twice during the season, finishing 8th at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2/19) with a time of 10:13.28 and 9th during the Atlantic 10 Championships at 10:47.96.
  • In his first meet at the Saluki Fast Start (12/8/18) he finished 2nd in the 3,000m with a time of 8:59.18.

PRIOR TO K-STATE
  • Competed at Springfield Catholic High School in Springfield, Mo., prior to enrolling at Saint Louis.
  • Lettered in cross country and track and field.
  • Owns 5 school records at Springfield Catholic (5k, 800m, 1,600m, 3,200m and 4x800m relay), while leading the school to the 2015 Missouri Class 2 State Cross Country Championship as a sophomore.
  • Won 5 individual state championships (2 in cross country, 2 in the 1,600m and in the 3,200m).
  • Named to the MoMileSplit All-Decade Cross Country Team in Class 3.
  • Captured 2 state titles in cross country, including the 2015 Missouri Class 2 Championships with a 5k time of 16.13.6 and the 2016 Class 3 State Championship with a 5k time of 15.36.6.
  • Placed in the top-10 in 3 events (1,600m and 3,200m and 4x800m relay) as a senior at the 2018 Missouri Class 3 State Championships, including a state runner-up finish in the 3,200m with a season-best time of 9:37.34 and a 3rd-place finish in the 1,600m with a season-best time of 4:27.42.
  • Won the state title in both the 1,600m and 3,200m as a junior at the 2017 Missouri Class 3 State Championships, while part of 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams that finished 11th and 9th, respectively.
  • Won the state title in the 1,600m as a sophomore at the 2016 Missouri Class 3 State Championships with a season-best time of 4:17.97.
