AS A SENIOR (2023)

Competed in his first 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a time of 33:24.3, placing 148^th out of 196.
For the fourth consecutive 8k at the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) he shaved seconds off his previous time, this time cracking 26 minutes at 25:40.7, more than 30 seconds faster, placing 86^th.
At the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) he ran a 6k time of 26:11.0, placing 96^th.
During the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he ran in the 8k with a time of 26:46.6.
Ran in his first 8k since 2020 at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) with a time of 26:31.4, almost a minute faster from his previous time.
In the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) he ran in the 6k with a time of 21:15.0.

Ran his first 8k with a time of 27:26.0 at the Cowboy Jamboree (10/2/20), placing 105^th.
In his first collegiate meet he recorded a personal best 6k time of 20:19.6 at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/19/20), placing 31^st.

OUTDOOR

Competed in the 800 meters at the Big 12 Championship (5/9-11/24) during the timed final in 1:54.30.
During the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) he ran in the 400m dash in 50.58 seconds in 6^th place.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Mt SAC Relays (4/17-20/24) with an 8^th place time of 1:51.75.
Recorded a new 800 meters personal best at the Jim Click Shootout (4/5-6/24) with a 6^th place time of 1:50.93.
Finished 3^rd in the 800 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) with a time of 1:53.37.
Starting the season at the Hurricane Invitational (3/15-16/24) he ran in the 800 meters in 7^th place at 1:52.52, also running in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:32.49.

INDOOR

Competed in the DMR at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) the team finishing with a time of 10:09.32 in 10^th place.
Ran in the 800 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a 3^rdplace time of 1:55.30.
During the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19-20/24) he ran in the 800 meters in 1:53.26 in 5^th place.
At the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he finished runner-up in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.70.

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) he competed in the 800m preliminary with a time of 1:51.58.
Finished 2^nd in the 800m at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a time of 1:52.82.
At the Michael Johnson Invitational (4/21-22/23) he recorded a new 400m dash personal best of 49.85 seconds, also running in the 4x400 where his team finished in 3:26.06.
Ran in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with a time of 1:51.54, finishing 16^th.
Competed in two relays during the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) in the 4x800 where his team finished 8^th in 7:38.50, and in the DMR where his team took 3^rd with a time of 9:44.86.
In the first outdoor meet of the season at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in two events, the 1,500m with a time of 4:08.11 and in the 4x400 relay in 3:31.68.

INDOOR

During the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) he competed in the DMR, where his team finished 7^th with a time of 9:56.29.
Recorded his new 600y personal best since 2021 during the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a winning time of 1:13.80.
Competed in the 800m at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) with a time of 1:52.16, finishing 13^th out of 30 runners.
At the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) he competed in two events, the 800m, finishing in 1:57.80, and in the DMR where his team won with a time of 10:01.85.
During the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) he almost ran a new 1000m personal best at 2:36.38.
Won the 600y in his first meet of the season at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/20/22) with a time of 1:14.91.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

At the Drake Relays (4/27-30/22) he contributed to his 4x800 relay team finishing 5^th with a time of 7:26.21.
At the Texas State Bobcat Invitational (3/24-26/22) in the 1500m he ran his personal best at 4:00.11.

INDOOR

Won the 600y at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) with a time of 1:17.22.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) his relay team took 1^st in the 4x400 at 3:18.13, in the same meet he placed 2^nd in the 600y at 1:14.46.
In the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) he finished 3^rd in the 400m with a time of 51:13.
At the K-State Winter Invitational (12/11/21) he recorded a 600y time of 1:14.28 in a 3^rd place finish.

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21)
OUTDOOR

Ran unattached in the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/7-8/21), where he placed 6^th in the 400m and 800m.

INDOOR

Won the 800m at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/20/21) with a time of 1:55.98.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/29-30/21) he recorded his mile personal best at 4:36.40.
During the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/16/21) he ran his 1000m personal best at 2:36.22.
In his first meet at the K-State Wildcat Invitational (1/9/21) he took 1^st place in the 1000m with a time of 2:36.44.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Lee’s Summit West High School in Lee’s Summit, Mo.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Advanced to the Missouri Class 4 State Cross Country Championships all 4 seasons, finishing 22^nd as a senior in 2018 with a time of 16:40.0.
Finished in the top-20 in 3 events (800m and 1,600m and 4x800m relay) as a senior at the 2019 Missouri Class 5 State Championships, including an 8th-place finish in the 1,600m with a personal-best time of 4:23.43… Also finished 12^th in the 4x800m relay with a time of 8:11.52 and 16^th in 800m with a time of 2:12.26.
Placed in the top-10 in the 1,600m and 4x800m relay as a junior at the 2018 Missouri Class 5 State Championships… Clocked in at 7:53.64 to place 5th in the relay and a season-best 4:26.17 to place 9th in the 1,600m.
