CAREER: Enters his junior campaign with seven career touchdown receptions, which ranks third in school history among tight ends… Is three touchdowns shy of tying the record held by Ben Sinnott (2021-23) and Henry Childs (1971-73).
2024: Played in all 13 games with nine starts, hauling in 22 receptions for 236 yards and five touchdowns over 464 offensive snaps as he earned All-Big 12 Second Team honors from the league’s coaches… His five touchdowns tied for second in school history by a tight end and third in school history by a sophomore… Also tied for second in the Big 12 in touchdown receptions by a tight end, while he led a K-State tight end unit that had a nation-best 13 touchdowns… Tallied a career-high 78 receiving yards on a career-best four receptions to go along with a touchdown in the regular-season finale at Iowa State… Also had a career-long tying 28-yard reception against the Cyclones… Had three receptions against BYU, Houston and Arizona State… Other touchdowns came against Oklahoma State, West Virginia, Kansas and Rutgers, the latter being in the Rate Bowl to help spark a 17-point comeback victory... Earned Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Hauled in 11 passes for 154 yards and two touchdowns over his 271 offensive snaps in addition to seeing time on 48 special teams plays... His two touchdown receptions tied for the sixth most nationally by a freshman tight end... His scores came against Houston and Baylor, the latter game of which he set a season high with 46 yards... Also had 36 yards against Houston, 35 yards against NC State and 26 yards against Iowa State... Missed the first three games of the year due to injury... A First Team Academic All-Big 12 honoree.

Rated the 21st-best tight end and the sixth-best player overall in the state of Nebraska for the Class of 2022 by ESPN... Set the school records for career receptions (107) and receiving yards (1,640)... Earned honorable mention all-state honors as both a sophomore and junior... Also competed in basketball – where he was an honorable mention all-state pick – and track – where he was a state qualifier.
