- Prepped at Houston High School in Memphis, Tenn., where he was coached by former 17-year NBA guard and two-time NBA champion Mike Miller… Was part of the 2021 Class 3A Tennessee state championship team as a sophomore, where the Mustangs defeated future NBA Draft pick Brandon Miller in the finals.
- Was one of three finalists for Tennessee Mr. Basketball as a senior in 2023.
