A solid perimeter player who was one of the top three-point threats in the Big 12 last season...quick off the dribble and can catch and shoot...saw most of his action at the off-guard position last season...the Wildcats? leading returning scorer from a year ago (11.7 points per game).

2000-01 (Junior): A member of the Big 12?s All-Bench team...became Wildcats? ?Super Sub? after starting first six games of the season...averaged 25.9 minutes per game, fourth-best on the team...led the team and ranked 26th in the Big 12 in scoring with an 11.7 point-per-game average...scored in double figures in 18 games including a stretch of six straight contests (12/16/00 - 1/10/01)...led the Wildcats in free throw shooting percentage (.789/60 of 76, 9th in Big 12) and three-point shooting percentage (.405/47 of 116, 9th in Big 12)...led team with 47 three-point field goals...posted a career-high 28 points at Kansas (1/27/01)...also scored 23 points at Wichita State (11/21/00) while hitting 5-of-10 from three-point range and 7-of-18 from the floor...played all 45 minutes in an overtime victory over Tennessee State (11/28/00)...hit the game-tying three-pointer in regulation and game-winning jumper in overtime in that game...scored 16 points (7 of 10 FGs) and dished out three assists in the Wildcats? upset win over Missouri (1/16/01)...followed that up with seven points and a career-high eight rebounds vs. Oklahoma (1/20/01)...missed only one game during the season (shoulder injury vs. Texas A&M, 1/6/01).

Junior college: A two-year starter for Central Florida Community College...started at both guard positions during his two-year stint in Ocala, Fla...averaged 12.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.2 assists as a sophomore...named a Mid-Florida Conference selection that season...led the Patriots to a 20-8 record in 1999 and the Mid-Florida Conference title...shot 56.2 percent from the field and 54.5 percent from beyond the arc in his career...coach by former Wichita State head coach Gene Smithson.

High School: Led Greenville (Ill.) High to its first regional title in 30 years...tabbed a second team all-state selection by the Illinois State Coaches Association after averaging 22.4 points and 5.1 rebounds as a senior...named an honorable mention all-state pick by the Associated Press...scored 1,547 points during his prep career, including a career-high 44 as a senior...reached double-figures in scoring for 50 consecutive games...two-time all-conference selection and a three-year starter for the Comets...also lettered in track and field and golf at Greenville High...coached by George Grubbs.
