Adrian Manning

Adrian Manning is in his first season as an Assistant Director of Scouting at Kansas State in 2026.
Manning came to Manhattan after working the previous two seasons at Grambling State as Director of Player Personnel and High School Relations. In that role, Manning was involved in recruiting, roster management, official visits, transfer portal management among other duties.
His stint at Grambling was his first working in college as he served 10 seasons as a high school assistant coach. He began his coaching career as the wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator at Richwood High School (2014-16) before working at Lincoln Preparatory High School (2017-19). He then served as the offensive coordinator at Pickering High School (2020), Opelousas High School (2021) and Booker T. Washington High School (2022-23).
Manning obtained his bachelor’s degree in general studies from Grambling State in 2015 before obtaining his master’s degree in sports administration from the University in 2018. His family includes his four daughters – Rylee, Aaliyah, Layla and Aniyah.
