Adam Cowart took a perfect game into the sixth inning on Tuesday night as the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes coasted to a 6-1 victory over the Boise Hawks at Volcanoes Stadium. Cowart (2-0) retired the first 16 batters before giving up a one-out single in the sixth. Cowart struck out five, did not walk a batter and has yet to yield an earned run in 11 innings this season.
