Riding Background (before college): I had been riding for 11 years before I came to Kansas State. I showed all over Texas in the Texas Hunter/Jumper Association while also showing locally in the Houston area. I have competed in Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation.
Why I chose K-State: I love the atmosphere of Manhattan and the K-State campus. The people in the area are so friendly, and I could not wait to be part of the Kansas State Equestrian team!
My favorite part about being a member of the KSUET: It is awesome to be able to go to school while also riding. Plus I could never ask for a greater group of girls to call my teammates! Everyone is so supportive of one another, and it is nice to always have someone there if you need anything.
Favorite Manhattan restaurant: La Fiesta
The last book I read: Signs of Success
If I could have any superpower it would be: I wish I could fly.
Favorite TV show: “How It’s Made”
Favorite Holiday: Christmas
The last song I downloaded: “Who I Am” by Wade Bowen
Plans after graduation: I would like to stay in Kansas and work in a Human Resources Department for a corporation or small business.
