Chamberlin, Yonke win Kansas Junior Team Championship

Chamberlin and Yonke, the younger brother of former K-State golfer Kyle Yonke, carded an 8-under 63 during the fourball round on Sunday. The pair followed that effort with a 3-over par 74 in a foursome alternate stroke-play round on Monday to win the championshp at 5-under 137.
The victory marked the second time in four years Chamberlin has won the event as he and Jordan Smith took first place in 2005.
