DeLoss Dodds Invitational
Saturday, January 24th, 2015
Saturday Field Events begin at 11:00 a.m., Track Events at 3:30 p.m.
Place: All events will be held in Ahearn Field House on the Ward Haylett Track.
       Our track surface is Rekortan and our shot put / weight throw ring is concrete.

Teams: Kansas State, Tulsa, Oklahoma State
Scoring: Meet will be scored as a Triple Dual
Weight Throw, Shot Put,
Triple Jump, Long Jump: Minimum distances for measurement may be used depending on field sizes.
Weigh-In of Implements: Begins 1-1/2 hours and ends 30 minutes prior to start of first throwing event. Weigh-In is located in the Northeast corner of the Field House.         .
NCAA LEGISLATION: NCAA Div 1 and II must obtain TFRRS ID's for all team members before entering the meet. Go to www.tfrrs.org and follow instructions. You will be able to download your team roster and TFRRS ID numbers into the meet entry website.
Entries: Entries must be done ON-LINE. Entries will be accepted beginning Monday, January 12th, 2015 and end at 12:00 (noon) Wednesday, January 21st, 2015. You must have a corresponding TFRRS ID number for all athletes trying to qualify for NCAA I and II National Championships.Â
TRIPLE JUMP BOARD: Only one board will be used for men and women. Distance from edge of sand pit to
           Women's board is 32-10 and to the Men's board is 42-0.
NCAA Rule: Section 1. Misconduct: Misconduct is any act of dishonesty, unsportsmanlike conduct, unprofessional behavior or breach of law occurring at the locale of the competition or warm-up, that discredits the event or intercollegiate athletics. Misconduct includes the intentional reporting of false marks for entry purposes. Acts of misconduct are subject to reprimand or ejection by the referee or meet management.

Entry Fee: There is a $15.00 entry fee per athlete. Max team entry fee is $300 per gender. Entry Fees can be paid at check-in in the gymnasium next to the indoor track. Checks should be made payable to: KSU Track -- Foundation.
Results: Results will be available at the conclusion of the meet.

Meet Procedures
Check In: All running events will check-in at the check-in table in the upper gym at least 1 hour prior to the event starting time. All field events will check in at the competition site 1 hour prior to the beginning of the competition.
Clerking: Athletes in all running events should report to the Clerking area 25 minutes prior to the their event, and they will be escorted to the track no later than 20 minutes prior to their event for on track warm ups. The Clerking area will be located and clearly marked in the upper gym area of Ahearn Field House.Athletes will receive their hip numbers when they report to the clerking area.
Warm-Ups
Field Events: Warm Ups for Field Events will take place at the competition site 1 hour prior to the event starting time. Pre-Competition site warm ups can be done in the upper gyms or outside as needed.Â
Running Events: All Warm up for running events should take place either outside, or in the upper gym of Ahearn Field House.No spikes may be worn in the upper gym area, but athletes will be given 20 minutes on the track prior to their events.
Post Race Flow: Post race athletes should make their way back to the upper gym area for warm down, or to prepare for their next event.After completing their final event of the day athletes should be seated in the upper level stands or standing outside of the bike racks on the oval.Athletes will not be permitted to remain on the infield if they are not competing.
