K-State Track to Host 2018 Summer Camp on June 11-14

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Kansas State track and field team will host a four-day summer camp from June 11-14, 2018, the program announced on Thursday, with the camp focusing on event-specific skills.
The camp is directed by assistant coach Vincent Johnson, with support from assistant coaches Ryun Godfrey, and Greg Watson, along with current and former K-State student-athletes. The camp will take place at Ahearn Fieldhouse and World War II Memorial Stadium, due to the resurfacing of R.V. Christian Track.
Camp participants will have the opportunity to train in their track and field event with the help and guidance of K-State's nationally renowned staff and student-athletes. Events include, running events, long jump, triple jump, high jump and shot put.
Residential campers will be housed in residence halls on the K-State campus and meals will be provided by K-State Dining Services. Cost of the camp is $425 for overnight campers and $325 for day campers. For more information on the camp and to register today, click here.
