K-State, Oklahoma Square Off Friday Night in Norman

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State volleyball will face its first Big 12 road test of the season, as it travels to Norman, Oklahoma, take on the Oklahoma Sooners Friday night at McCasland Field House for a 7 p.m. first serve.
K-State (10-2, 0-1 Big 12), who is receiving votes in the latest AVCA Top 25, is coming off a five-set loss to No. 5 Texas at Ahearn Field House Wednesday night. Oklahoma (8-5, 0-1 Big 12) opened conference play with a three-set loss at TCU Wednesday. The Wildcats have taken the last six meetings in the series with the Sooners.
Outside hitter Kylee Zumach led the Cats with 20 kills against the Longhorns, her second straight 20-kill performance. The output moved the redshirt senior into sole possession of second place on K-State's all-time kills list (rally scoring).
