K-State Soccer Public Scrimmage Against Arkansas Cancelled

MANHATTAN, Kansas – With construction ongoing at Buser Family Park, K-State Athletics has cancelled the public scrimmage on Friday, August 9, against Arkansas and instead will host the Razorbacks for a closed practice.
K-State is set to embark on its fourth season in 2019, as the Wildcats begin practice on Wednesday, August 6. Kansas State will officially open Buser Family Park on Thursday, August 29, against Arkansas State at 7 p.m.
The Wildcats return 17 letter winners, including eight starters from the 2018 season. Among the 17 letter winners returns, Kansas State welcomes back nine of the 13 players to register at least one point from the 2018 season.
In addition to the 17 returning letter winners, Kansas State also adds 10 newcomers and two redshirts to the rotation for the 2019 season.
