MANHATTAN, KANSAS – K-State soccer head coach Colleen Corbin has announced the addition of three student-athletes from the transfer portal for the 2026 roster.
The three new additions are: Landry Fieker (Tulsa, Oklahoma), Adelle Francis (Perryburg, Ohio) and, Abby Freese (Dillsburg, Pennsylvania).
"I am so thrilled to be adding three incredibly talented athletes and high-quality humans to our team this spring. Adelle, Abby and Landry will all add experience, competitiveness and a dynamic playmaking ability that will continue to push our program forward."
Fieker, a sophomore midfielder/defender, joins the Wildcats from Oklahoma State. In her freshman season in 2025, Fieker played in 12 matches with one start while logging 384 minutes of action. She tallied one assist with four shots with two on goal. Fieker registered her first career collegiate point at Oral Roberts (9/4) with an assist on Oklahoma State's game-winning goal.
Prior to her season in Stillwater, Fieker played club soccer with Tulsa SC ECNL and ranked 173rd on the IMG Academy Top 200 in 2024. She ranked as the 60th-ranked midfielder nationally in her recruiting class and third in South Region. Fieker was a three-star recruit by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
While playing for Jenks High School, Fieker earned a spot on the All-Tulsa World Girls Soccer First Team as a senior and was a three-time All-District selection while helping the Lady Trojans to the 2023 Class 6A state title.
"Landry is a gritty, hard-nosed player who will help us control the tempo of play through the middle of the field," said Corbin. "She is smooth on the ball and tough as nails in transition defensively. We are excited to add Lala's physical presence and high soccer IQ to our already seasoned and experienced midfield group."
Francis, a junior forward, comes to K-State after two seasons at Michigan State. In her two seasons with the Spartans, she played in 39 matches with three starts while registering 914 minutes of action Francis tallied two goals and three assists for seven career points and fired off 30 shots with 16 on goal.

While at Perrysburg, she collected the school record for career goals with 83 and was a two-time All-Ohio selection. She also competed in track and field and set the school record in the long jump.
"Adelle is a physical, disruptive and athletic attacking player who will have the ability to cause problems for opposing defenders," stated Corbin. "She has a nose for goal, loves to run and works hard to win the ball back. I am excited to see her in our system and to join our already dynamic front line."
Freese, a sophomore defender, comes to Manhattan from Central Michigan. She played in and started the first 11 matches of the season as a center back with 965 total minutes played before suffering a season-ending injury. She clocked a full 90 minutes in eight matches and tallied 10 shots with four on goal.

"She is a strong aerial ball winner with the ability to cause turnovers, as well as the composure to help us keep the ball in possession. We are excited to bring her energy and intensity into our group and to watch her thrive in our environment."
