
K-State Announces Soccer Broadcast Schedule for 2019 Season

MANHATTAN, Kansas – For the fourth straight season, the entirety of Kansas State women's soccer home schedule will be available via streaming broadcasts. Starting with the home-opener on Thursday, August 29, all nine home matches for the Wildcats will air on the new Big 12 Now on ESPN+ platform, produced by the Emmy Award-winning K-StateHD.TV department.
Brian Smoller and Oscar Montenegro return for their fourth season as the primary broadcast team for K-State home matches, set to air from the new Buser Family Park.
K-State's nine matches on Big 12 Now on ESPN+ this season are: Thursday, August 29, at 7 p.m., against Arkansas State; Sunday, September 1, at 1 p.m., against South Dakota State; Thursday, September 12, at 7 p.m., against Gonzaga; Sunday, September 15, at 1 p.m., against Tulsa; Saturday, September 21, at 7 p.m., against BYU; the Big 12 opener against Baylor on Thursday, September 26, at 7 p.m., Sunday, September 29, at 1 p.m., against Texas; Friday, October 11, at 7 p.m., against Iowa State; and the regular season home finale against West Virginia on Sunday October 27, at 1 p.m.
Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is accessible to subscribers through the ESPN app via most major mobile and connected-TV platforms, including iPhone, iPad, AppleTV, Android devices, Roku, Chromecast, FireTV, XBOX One, Playstation 4, Oculus Go and Samsung connected TVs. It is also available via ESPN.com on the web. Big 12 Now on ESPN+ is available for $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year and can be canceled at any time.

K-State is set to embark on its fourth season in 2019, as the Wildcats begin practice on Wednesday, August 7. Kansas State will officially open the 2019 season at Creighton on Friday, August 23, at 7 p.m.
The Wildcats return 17 letter winners, including eight starters from the 2018 season. Among the 17 letter winners returns, Kansas State welcomes back nine of the 13 players to register at least one point from the 2018 season.
In addition to the 17 returning letter winners, Kansas State also adds 10 newcomers and two redshirts to the rotation for the 2019 season.
