Rain Washes Out Second Round at Dorado Beach

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Persistent rains and more forecasted into the afternoon washed out the second round of the Dorado Collegiate at the Par 72, 7,112 yard Sugarcane Course at TPC Dorado Beach.
One round will be played tomorrow morning starting at 8:00 a.m. local time, weather permitting.
K-State sits at 3-under par 285, and in seventh place headed into Tuesday's final round.
Senior Jacob Eklund and junior George Clarke are both in a tie for 15th at 2-under par 70, while sophomore Will Hopkins and junior Kyle Vance, who is competing as an individual, are tied for 33rd at even-par 72. Freshman Riccardo Leo sits one stroke behind Hopkins and Vance and in a tie for 48th, while senior Ben Fernandez is currently at 4-over par 76 and in a tie for 84th.
