NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 53 Kansas State women's tennis team dropped their second road match of the weekend on Sunday (March 13) to No. 3 Oklahoma 4-1 at the Headington Family Tennis Center.

Freshman Florentine Dekkers put up a fight against the Sooners' Anchisa Chanta. Dekkers kept the first set close, but fell 7-6 (7-2). The freshman came back in set two 6-4, but was unable to finish due to Oklahoma reaching their fourth and final point.

Alexandra Pisareva from Oklahoma was too much for freshman Dinara Alloyarova and took down the Wildcat 6-3, 6-2.
In the number three spot for singles, senior Rosanna Maffei was defeated by No. 36 Carmen Corley 6-2, 6-3.
Alloyarova and sophomore Manami Ukita teamed up against Oklahoma's Anchisa Chanta and Dana Guzman, but came up short 6-2.
