2022-23 Student Athletic Passes on Sale Now

Mar 22, 2022 | Football, Men's Basketball

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State students can earn exclusive gear, including a free replica K-State Football jersey, as student athletic passes for the 2022-23 K-State football and men's basketball home games are now on sale.

After reducing prices by more than 18 percent following the COVID-19 pandemic, K-State Athletics, in coordination with Kansas State University's Student Governing Association, has opted not to make any changes to student pass pricing for the upcoming 2022-23 athletics season. K-State students will continue to enjoy the best student seating sections in the Big 12 with midfield seats at Bill Snyder Family Stadium and midcourt seats in Bramlage Coliseum, as well as free admission for women's basketball, baseball, soccer and volleyball.

"Coming off a bowl win over LSU, and addition of Jerome Tang as our new men's basketball, the 2022-23 season will be one of the most highly anticipated in recent memory," Director of Athletics Gene Taylor said. "When both venues are full, our gameday experience is one of the best in the Big 12 and we hope you will be a part of it."

K-State students have two pass options from which to choose:
  • Combo Pass for $200 (price increases to $220 after May 13) - includes a general admission student pass to football and men's basketball regular season home games
  • Individual Sport Pass for $170 - includes a general admission student pass to football OR men's basketball

K-State students who purchase a Combo Pass can add an ICAT Membership for just $40 to receive exclusive gear and numerous year-long benefits such as priority entry on game days. In addition, all returning K-State students who order an ICAT Membership before next Monday, March 28, will receive a free replica K-State football jersey this fall.

"I bought my student pass last year and can wholeheartedly say it enriched my K-State experience with many fun memories," said Student Body President Michael Dowd. "We are proud and thankful K-State Athletics is continuing their discounted rate while prioritizing the midfield/midcourt student section. Join us in cheering on the Wildcats and order your pass!"

Current K-State students returning to campus next year can purchase their pass online at kstatesports.com/students. Student passes will be available to transfer students and incoming students later this spring.

Student passes offer a considerable discount over public season tickets with the average value of a student season-ticket for both sports at $1,400. All other K-State sporting events offer free admission for K-State students with the student's Wildcat ID - including soccer, volleyball, women's basketball, baseball, cross country, men's and women's golf, rowing, women's tennis, and track and field.

In addition to football and men's basketball season tickets, student pass holders will receive an Ahearn Fund priority point and access to football bowl game and postseason basketball tickets when available.

K-State Athletics is the only athletics program in the state of Kansas and one of only a few in the country to operate with no direct or indirect university and student funding or state support. The department also supports the K-State Marching Band with an annual payment of $200,000 plus additional operational expenses, while it contributed more than $6.8 million this past year in total payments to the University base budget for tuition and fees and annual institutional support fees.
