ABOUT STUDENT PARKING
Each parking stall has been assigned a number that will match the corresponding parking pass. Stadium parking lots open five (5) hours prior to kickoff. Students do not need to arrive earlier as all student spaces are numbered and reserved.
The reserved spaces are controlled on gameday by K-State Athletics; therefore all K-State Athletics stadium, parking and tailgating policies will be enforced in this area. K-State Athletics reserves the right to eject any patron whose behavior is against policy, unruly or illegal in nature. Event parking passes and tickets may be forfeited without refund. Revocation of season tickets or arrest is possible. Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures.
The individual purchasing a student parking pass must be present on gameday to handle any policy violations.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is a traditional part of K-State game-day activities. Guests are asked to comply with the following guidelines:
Saving or use of adjoining stalls without having adjoining reserved stalls is prohibited. Saving parking stalls in VIP areas is prohibited.
Tailgates with excessive numbers of attendees, interfering with adjacent tailgates or blocking drive lanes, may be asked to shut down.
Music should be confined to your tailgate area. The volume of portable sound systems must be played at a level that does not interfere with other tailgates in adjoining areas. If complaints are received by parking personnel, the volume of the sound system must be reduced.
Bands, DJs, and other live performances are not allowed at tailgating sites.
Pop-up canopies may be erected immediately in front or behind a vehicle in a reserved stall. Canopies may not be anchored to asphalt by any piercing device or secured to stone walls or parking barricades. Canopies should be taken down in windy conditions. Owners are responsible for damage caused by wind-blown canopies.
Fans may not displace or remove barricades, dumpsters, signs, porta-potties or any other parking lot items.
No objects (vehicle, pop-up canopy, tables, chairs, grills, etc.) may be placed or encroach in the Emergency Access Lane.
Open wood fires and campfires are prohibited.
After use, coals should be extinguished and disposed of in the red “Hot Coals” barrels.
Use of portable generators is limited to quiet units or those in soundproof boxes. Loud generators or those that emit offensive fumes may not be used and must be turned off upon request.
The use of flares and fireworks is prohibited.
Long-toss games with balls or Frisbees are prohibited.
Overhead objects (flags, kites, balloons) must be properly secured.

If you have issues on gameday, please stop by the East Side ticket office (located between Gates F and G) on football gamedays or the Northwest ticket office (located at the northwest entrance) on basketball gamedays.
Contactless tickets are individually coded allowing one entry per pass. Any attempts to duplicate, alter or sell copies of a student mobile pass may result in admittance being refused to the event and cancellation of the pass from the student's account. This provides heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
Your student athletic pass is a non-transferable ticket. The pass cannot be transferred from the purchaser to another person. Due to the significant discount in ticket prices for students and to ensure the maximum number of K-State students can sit in the student section each game, passes must be used by the K-State student who purchased the pass. Passes will be delivered via mobile devices. The resale, or attempted resale, of student passes through means other than those specifically provided by the K-State Ticket Office is expressly prohibited. Unauthorized resale of student passes may result in the cancellation of season tickets or single game tickets, cancellation of tickets already purchased without refund, and the loss of student pass privileges.
Moving forward, your Student Athletic Passes will work a lot like Apple Pay. When you add your Student Athletic Pass (or ICAT t-shirt voucher if you purchased an ICAT pass) to your Apple Wallet for the first time this season, you will be prompted by your Apple device to verify your identity (using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password). Once you have verified your identity and added your Student Athletic Pass or ICAT t-shirt voucher to your mobile wallet, your K-State Athletics ticket account will be bound to your Apple iCloud account. Your K-State Athletics ticket account can only be bound to one Apple iCloud account. This creates a secure connection between your K-State Athletics ticket account and your Apple iCloud account. Sharing logins, screenshots, emails, or texts with ticket links will result in disabled passes and will NOT grant entry on game day. DO NOT share your eID login information with anyone. If someone else downloads your Student Athletic Pass to the Apple Wallet on their device and you have not yet bound your K-State Tickets account to your iCloud account, your K-State Tickets account will be bound to their Apple iCloud account. If this happens, you will be UNABLE to access your Student Athletic Pass on your device. In the event that your account becomes bound to someone else's device, the K-State Athletic Ticket Office can unbind your account for a fee.

Why? Student passes offer a considerable discount over public season tickets with the average value of a student season ticket for both sports at $2,570. For comparison, a football season ticket holder pays $725 for a midfield seat and a men's basketball season ticket holder pays $1,845 for a midcourt seat. Student passes are offered for less than $300 - despite the value exceeding $2,500 per pass. To ensure student pass prices remain low and to ensure the maximum number of K-State students can sit in the student section each game, transferring a student athletic pass is not allowed.
The resale or attempted resale of student passes is expressly prohibited. Unauthorized resale of student passes may result in the cancellation of season tickets or single game tickets, cancellation of tickets already purchased without refund, and the loss of student pass privileges.

No Student Fees!
K-State Athletics is the only athletics program in the state of Kansas and one of only a few in the country to operate with no direct or indirect university and student funding or state support. K-State Athletics, in conjunction with the Student Governing Association (SGA), ended its annual receipt of student privilege fees in 2018-19.
The department also supports the K-State Marching Band with an annual payment of $200,000 plus additional operational expenses totaling more than $1 million during the 2022-23 season, while it contributed more than $9.8 million in 2022-23 in total payments to the University base budget for tuition and fees and annual institutional support fees.
