MANHATTAN, Kansas - Playing its 56th season, K-State (26-8, 13-5 Big 12) registered the 18th NCAA Tournament appearance and the 34th postseason appearance overall.
• K-State's 26 wins were the most for the program since 2002-03 and tied for the third most wins in a single season in program history.
• The Wildcats finished one spot higher (3rd) than its preseason predicted spot in the 2023-24 Big 12 Preseason Coaches Poll (4th), which was the 19th time in the 26 seasons in which there has been a preseason poll and a final standing attached to it.
• Under the guidance of 10th year head coach Jeff Mittie, K-State made its eighth postseason appearance since 2014-15. With his efforts on the sideline this season, Mittie was named to the 2023-24 Werner Ladder Naismith Women's Coach of the Year Late Season Watch List.
• The Wildcats registered a 5-4 record against Associated Press top-25 opponents, the eighth season in program history with a .500 or better record against AP foes and the first since 2007-08. The five wins were tied for the second-most in a season in program history and the most since 2003-04.
• Kansas State defeated then-2nd-ranked Iowa on the road and then 10th-ranked Texas, which was the first time since the 2011-12 season that K-State defeated two AP top-10 foes in the same season.
• With its win over Iowa, the Wildcats captured its second-ever win over an AP number two ranked foe and first since the 1982-83 season. This was the highest ranked opponent K-State has defeated on the road. According to ESPN Stats & Info, K-State became the first NCAA Division I women's basketball program in the last 25 years to be unranked and defeat the same Associated Press top-5 team in consecutive seasons.
• K-State ranked 16th in the nation in total attendance (99,552) and 19th in the nation in average attendance (5,531).
• K-State was led by 2024 All-American Ayoka Lee, 2024 All-Big 12 First Team selection Serena Sundell and 2024 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention Gabby Gregory.
• This was the third time in program history (2003-04 and 2004-05) that the roster featured a career 2,000-point scorer (Lee), a career 1,500-point scorer (Gregory) and a career 1,000-point scorer (Sundell) at the same time.
• Lee, a unanimous All-Big 12 First Team selection and a Big 12 All-Defensive Team recipient, led the Wildcats by achieving her second career season with 500 or more points, 200 or more rebounds and 75 or more blocks. Lee averaged 19.7 points on a .619 field goal percentage, 8.6 rebounds and 2.8 blocks.
• Sundell averaged 12.1 points on a career-best .536 field goal percentage, hauled in 3.9 rebounds and dished out a career-high 5.6 assists.
• Sundell's assist total was a new career-high and tied for the fifth-highest in school history for a single season.
• Gregory set a career-high for assists (114; 3.4 apg) and registered 9.4 points per game. She led the Wildcats in 3-point field goals made (52).

• Jaelyn Glenn moved into the top-10 in program history for career steals, ranking 10th with 205.
• Glenn is the fourth player in program history with 150 or more career 3-point field goals made and 175 or more career steals.
K-State Among the Rankings
• Kansas State remains in the Associated Press (AP) top-25 poll, as the Wildcats rose to 15th in the March 18 poll.
• The Wildcats achieved the program's highest ranking in the Jeff Mittie era (2014-present), as the team was ranked 2nd on Jan. 29. It was the highest ranking for the program in the AP poll since Nov. 25, 2002 when K-State was ranked 2nd.
• According to Stats Perform, K-State was the first women's program since the start of the AP poll in 1976 to go from unranked in the preseason to either No. 1 or No. 2 in the same season.
• Since making its poll debut on Nov. 20 this season, K-State has been ranked for 18 consecutive weeks this season. This is the longest consecutive streak for K-State since being ranked for the entirety of the 2004-05 season. In its history, K-State has now been ranked for a total of 192 weeks in the AP poll.
• As an AP ranked team, K-State owns a 247-94 (.724) record.

• The Wildcats shot 45.6 percent from the field this season, which ranked third in the Big 12 and 25th in the nation.

Wildcats Near 400 Wins in Bramlage
• K-State is 396-156 (.717) all-time inside Bramlage Coliseum, which is in its 36th season of existence.
• This season, the Wildcats are 16-2 (.889) in Bramlage. The .889 winning percentage this season is the best since going 13-1 in 2008-09.
• The Wildcats recorded a 15-game home court winning streak this season, which was the longest in-season win streak since 2002-03 (19). When including its two wins in the 2023 WNIT at the end of the 2022-23 season, K-State won 17 consecutive home games, which was the longest in the Jeff Mittie era, the fifth-longest in program history and the second-longest at Bramlage.

K-State Among the Rankings
• Kansas State remains in the Associated Press (AP) top-25 poll, as the Wildcats rose to 15th in the March 18 poll.
• The Wildcats achieved the program's highest ranking in the Jeff Mittie era (2014-present), as the team was ranked 2nd on Jan. 29. It was the highest ranking for the program in the AP poll since Nov. 25, 2002 when K-State was ranked 2nd.
• According to Stats Perform, K-State was the first women's program since the start of the AP poll in 1976 to go from unranked in the preseason to either No. 1 or No. 2 in the same season.
• Since making its poll debut on Nov. 20 this season, K-State has been ranked for 18 consecutive weeks this season. This is the longest consecutive streak for K-State since being ranked for the entirety of the 2004-05 season. In its history, K-State has now been ranked for a total of 192 weeks in the AP poll.

• K-State tallied a season-high 57.4 percent (27-of-47) effort from the field against West Virginia on March 9. The Wildcats have shot 50.0 percent or better from the field in a game eight times this season (7-1).
• The Wildcats shot 45.6 percent from the field this season, which ranked third in the Big 12 and 25th in the nation.
• K-State owned 48 quarters with a field goal percentage of 50.0 percent or better. This was the most quarters with a field goal percentage of 50.0 percent or better since the beginning of the quarter system in 2015-16. • The Wildcats scored a season-high 36 points in the third quarter against Missouri on Dec. 9. The 36 points tied the school record for points in any quarter (36, at Omaha, 12/8/21) and set the school record for points in a third quarter.

• Under Mittie, K-State is 126-15 (.894) when holding its foes to 60 points or less including a 46-3 (.939) record over the last three seasons and a 20-1 record this season. During K-State's 14-game winning streak this season, the Wildcats held 13 opponents to 60 or fewer points.
• The 21 games holding foes to 60 points or less this season are the most since the 2010-11 season (21; 18-3). In total, K-State owns eight seasons in its history of 21 or more games holding opponents to 60 points or less.
• In the season-opener, K-State held Presbyterian to 35 points. This marked the fewest points allowed by the Wildcats since holding UT Martin to 30 points on November 12, 2021.

Wildcats Build Extended Streak
• K-State strung together one of the longest winning streaks in program history to boost its overall win total this season.
• The Wildcats won 14 consecutive games from Dec. 1, 2023 to Jan. 31, 2024. This was the longest winning streak in the Jeff Mittie era and tied for the second-longest in school history.
• This was the 10th double-digit winning streak in school history and the longest since the 2008-09 season when the Wildcats carded a 14-game winning streak.
• K-State's nine-game winning streak in Big 12 play was the longest conference win streak in the Jeff Mittie era and tied for the longest conference win streak in program history joining the 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons. Wildcats Near 400 Wins in Bramlage
• K-State is 396-156 (.717) all-time inside Bramlage Coliseum, which is in its 36th season of existence.
• This season, the Wildcats are 16-2 (.889) in Bramlage. The .889 winning percentage this season is the best since going 13-1 in 2008-09.
• The Wildcats recorded a 15-game home court winning streak this season, which was the longest in-season win streak since 2002-03 (19). When including its two wins in the 2023 WNIT at the end of the 2022-23 season, K-State won 17 consecutive home games, which was the longest in the Jeff Mittie era, the fifth-longest in program history and the second-longest at Bramlage.
