K-State Set for Tuesday Matchup vs. Omaha

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State concludes its four-game homestand Tuesday at Tointon Family Stadium against Omaha, with first pitch slated for 6:05 p.m.

K-State (24-15, 9-9 Big 12) will send right-hander Josh Wintroub to the mound to face Omaha's (12-23, 10-8 Summit League) Carter Navine.

Right-hander Jackson Wentworth was named the Big 12 Pitcher of the Week, following the league's announcement Monday and became the third Wildcat this season to earn a weekly Big 12 award, joining Brady Day (player) and Jacob Frost (co-newcomer).
