Rowing Leads Conference with 33 on Academic All-Big 12 Teams

Five women earned a 4.00 GPA

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The K-State women's rowing team earned 33 Academic All-Big 12 Team honors on Tuesday (July 2) as announced by the Big 12.
 
K-State tied conference affiliate Tennessee, both with 32 First-Team honors and one on Second-Team.
 
The Wildcats tied for the second-most women with a 4.00 GPA at five—Grace Hall, Emma Johnson, Madison Koller, Symone Simmons and Catie Wood.
 
Multiple women record their second or third
 
First-Team honors are maintained by a 3.20 GPA or higher, the Second-Team selections with a 3.00 to 3.19 GPA.
 
To qualify, student-athletes must also have competed in the program for one previous year and have competed in 20 percent of the team's scheduled contests.
