MANHATTAN, Kansas – K-State soccer has adjusted its 2024 schedule, as the season-opening match for the Wildcats will now take place against Nevada on Thursday, August 15, at Buser Family Park. Match time is set for 7 p.m.
In addition to the season-opener, K-State's home exhibition match against Arkansas has been moved to Friday, August 9, at 7 p.m.
The initial 2024 season-opening opponent, Boston College, was forced to step back from the matchup in Manhattan. The 2024 home opener will mark the fifth time K-State will begin a season at home.
This will be the first meeting between K-State and Nevada. The Wolf Pack finished the 2023 season with a 6-10-5 overall record, including a 4-6-1 mark in Mountain West action.
Season ticket prices start at only $40 with a Wildcat 4-Pack - your best value at less than $5 per match and a savings of $10 per season ticket. Individual general admission season tickets are available for just $50.
Season ticket holders can take advantage of multiple benefits including the Ticket Exchange Program, an opportunity to swap out unused tickets to bring more friends and family to a future match (while supplies last).
The Wildcats will kick off the home schedule on August 9 vs. Arkansas in an exhibition match and host 9 additional matchups in Buser Family Park, including six Big 12 opponents highlighted by conference newcomers Colorado on September 12 and Utah on October 10, last season's National Championship semi-finalists BYU on October 14, and KU for the Sunflower Showdown on October 25.
