
K-State’s Lee Sidelined Following Foot Injury

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State senior center Ayoka Lee will be sidelined following an injury to her foot, the program announced on Monday. A return before the end of the regular season is probable, but more will be known in the next couple of weeks.
Lee suffered the setback during game action on Sunday against Arizona State. An X-ray was conducted on Sunday and an precautionary MRI taken on Monday confirmed the fracture in her foot.
The 2025 Wooden Award Midseason Top-25 recipient, has had a strong 2024-25 season, as she is averaging 16.0 points on a career-best .654 field goal percentage, 6.3 rebounds and 2.3 blocked shots. She ranks fifth in the nation and leads the Big 12 in field goal percentage and is 18th in the nation in blocks per game.
In her career, Lee holds the school record and ranks sixth in Big 12 history for points scored with 2,482. She holds also holds the school records for rebounds (1,231), blocks (351) and career field goals made (1,009).

Saturday's game will air on ESPN+ and will also be available on the K-State Sports Network and the flagship stations of K-State women's basketball in Manhattan, Sunny 102.5 and 1350 KMAN.
