Four World Athletics sponsored events will take place in the Cliff Rovelto Indoor Track
MANHATTAN, Kan. – Kansas State University is proud to host the 2026 World Athletics Indoor Tour on Friday, January 30, at Cliff Rovelto Indoor Track in conjunction with the DeLoss Dodds Invitational. The action runs from 7-9 p.m., and admission is free — inviting all fans to witness the world's greatest athletes in track and field compete in the Wildcats' world class facility.
This two-hour showcase will feature four World Athletics sponsored events including the women's pole vault, men's high jump, women's long jump and men's long jump.
The atmosphere will be electric as spectators are invited to stand an arm's length away from the action — the facility's banked track will be open for fans to experience the thrilling competition up close.
In addition to a large list of internationally recognized athletes, the event will proudly spotlight a select few K-State student-athletes who will be going up against the world's best. Most notably, two Kansas natives will step into the global spotlight in the men's high jump, freshman Alan Hanna (Maize, KS) and senior Devin Loudermilk (Howard, KS) will line up against 2024 Paris Olympics silver medalist Shelby McEwen (USA) and fellow Olympic high jump finalists Romaine Beckford (Jamaica) and Brian Raats (South Africa).
It's Kansas against the world and the track and field team wants you to be a part of it. Join the Wildcats on Friday for an unforgettable evening of athletic excellence, community spirit and K-State pride, welcoming the world to Manhattan.
