Wildcats Host Oklahoma in Exhibition Saturday

MANHATTAN, Kan. – With the 2026 season officially getting underway next week, K-State and Oklahoma will tune up for the regular season in the preseason's final exhibition match Saturday at 1 p.m. at Morgan Family Arena.
K-State, which is receiving votes in the season's initial AVCA Coaches Poll, is coming off its first NCAA Tournament appearance under head coach Jason Mansfield. The Wildcats return seven letterwinners from last season's team that finished 18-10 overall and 10-8 in Big 12 play, tying for sixth in the league standings. Returning letterwinners include Reagan Fox, Alex Klukvin, Lauren Latham, Cadence Lundgren, Caleigh Ponn, Avery Stones and Emerson Van Lannen.
In the offseason, K-State welcomed eight newcomers to its 2026 roster, including freshmen Skylar Brady, Chandler Carter, Ellah Derrer, Addison Massey and Reese Resmer, along with transfers Sydney Maue (Arkansas), Fuka Sekita (UTEP) and Camdyn Stucky (Tennessee).
Led by head coach Aaron Mansfield, Oklahoma returns five letterwinners from a team that finished the 2025 campaign 16-11 overall and 7-8 in the Sooners' second season of SEC action.

The 2026 schedule officially gets underway at home August 28-30, when the Wildcats host Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Campbell for the annual K-State Invitational at Morgan Family Arena. The 18-match Big 12 slate begins Thursday, September 24, on the road against UCF in Orlando, Florida, before the Wildcats host Houston in their conference home opener Sunday, September 27.
