CAREER: A
playmaker at wide receiver who was a role player the first three years
before breaking out as a senior... Finished his career ranked seventh in
catches and career 100-yard games, while he is 13th in receiving
yards... Teamed with Tyler Lockett to record five of the school's 13
double 100-yard games, the most by any tandem in school history... Made
at least one catch in each of his final 26 games... Helped the 2014
Senior Class finish with a 38-14 combined record over the last four
years, including a Big 12-best 27-9 conference record.

all 13 games, recording more catches, yards and touchdowns in 2014 than
his three-year career total entering the season... Finished 26th
nationally and fourth in the Big 12 in receiving yards per game (81.5),
while he was 31st in the NCAA and fourth in the conference in receptions
per game (6.1)... Finished fourth in school history in season
receptions and 100-yard games, while he was seventh in single-season
receiving yards... Teamed with Tyler Lockett to have two 1,000-yard
receivers in the same season in school history, while they were the top
receiving duo nationally in 2014... Lockett and Sexton also had four of
the school's 13 double 100-yard games in 2014 alone... Recorded a
career-high 11 catches for a then-career high 121 yards against
Auburn... Recorded a career-best two touchdowns to go along with nine
receptions and a new career-best 128 yards against Texas Tech... Set his
career high with 159 yards against Oklahoma State and narrowly missed
that mark with 141 yards against Kansas... Was on the receiving end of a
74-yard pass against TCU, one of only 18 passes in school history
(since 1969) of 70 yards or more... Carded K-State's 11th 100-yard
performance in a bowl game when he had 104 yards on 10 catches against
UCLA in the Alamo Bowl... Was a Second Team Academic All-American, a
First Team Academic All-District honoree and a member of the First Team
Academic All-Big 12 team.

for 446 yards... Was the only Wildcat to have a reception in all 13
games... Set career highs against West Virginia in catches (6), yards
(112) and long catch (32)... Made a crucial 28-yard reception on the
final drive against TCU to help set up the game-winning field goal...
Tied for third on the team with six special teams tackles... Earned
First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.

Capital-Journal, Wichita Eagle and the Kansas Football Coaches
Association as a senior... Also earned All-North Central Kansas League
honors as a quarterback and defensive back in 2009... Totaled over 2,500
rushing yards, 1,500 receiving yards and 300 tackles during his high
school career... Selected to play in the 2010 Kansas Shine Bowl... Led
Abilene to two league championships... Was teammates with current
Wildcat offensive lineman Cody Whitehair.

Curry Patrick Sexton was born August 16, 1991, in Salina, Kan... Son of
Ted and Jan Sexton... Younger brother, Collin, is a sophomore wide
receiver at K-State... Also has an older sister, Sadie... Uncle, John
Dorsey, is the General Manager of the Kansas City Chiefs... Majoring in
marketing... Turned down an appointment to Harvard to play football at
K-State.
