CAREER: Played in 39 career games with seven starts.

2023: Saw time in 12 games, coming away with 15 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 4.0 sacks and a pass breakup... Carded a season-high two tackles on five occasions, including the season opener against SEMO when he tied a career high with 2.0 TFLs and broke up a pass... Also carded sacks against Troy, UCF and Houston... Had two tackles and a TFL at Kansas but made his biggest play on special teams when he blocked an extra point, which was returned 91 yds for two points by Keenan Garber... It was the Wildcats’ first blocked extra points since Jordan Willis at Oklahoma State in 2015... A First Team Academic All-Big 12 performer.

2022: Played in all 14 games with four starts, finishing the year with seven tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, two sacks, a pass breakup and a fumble recovery... Carded sacks against TCU and Kansas, while he added another TFL against South Dakota... Recovered a fumble against Texas Tech and broke up a pass at West Virginia... Earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 accolades.

2021: One of the top defensive freshmen in the Big 12 who came on strong toward the end of the year to earn votes from the league’s coaches for the Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year award... Played in every game with starts in each of the final three contests as he finished second on the team with 3.5 sacks and seventh with 5.5 tackles for loss... Had a season-best 2.0 TFLs, a sack and a forced fumble in consecutive games against West Virginia and Baylor... His contest against the Mountaineers included a career-high four total tackles... Also had three tackles and his first-career full sack against Texas Tech, while he broke up a pass at Kansas... A First Team Academic All-Big 12 honoree.

2020: Did not see any game action.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Olathe East under head coach Jeff Meyers... Rated the 32nd-best weakside defensive end in the Class of 2020 by 247Sports, while he ranked No. 39 by Rivals... Viewed as the fifth-best prospect in the state of Kansas by ESPN, No. 6 by 247Sports and No. 7 by Rivals... A first team all-state performer as a senior by the Topeka Capital-Journal and Wichita Eagle... Helped lead the Hawks to a 7-3 record and a trip to the state playoffs in 2019... Selected to play in the Kansas Shrine Bowl.
