R.V. Christian Track Complex A-Z
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is available on the North end of the West grandstand.
ADMISSION
Admission is free.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
It is prohibited to bring alcohol into the R.V. Christian Track and Field Complex. Violators will be subject to ejection. Intoxicated or alcohol impaired guests may be refused admission or ejected from the facility.
BANNER/SIGNS
Banners and pep signs are allowed provided they are hand-held of reasonable size, can be stored beneath the seat and do not block the view of other patrons. Any banner or sign containing profanity or objectionable material will be confiscated.
CASHLESS SERVICES
K-State Athletics has transitioned to entirely cashless payment systems throughout its venues. This includes the ticket office, concessions, parking, Rally House locations and other points of sale in our facilities. Fans can use traditional credit/debit card payment methods. Checks will not be accepted.

CONDUCT/EJECTIONS
In keeping with K-State’s pledge of the Best Fan Experience in the Big 12, fans are encouraged to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy and respect. Abusive language or disorderly conduct is unacceptable and unwelcome in R.V. Christian Track and Field Complex and may result in ejection. Anyone who interferes with the contest by coming onto the track or field or by throwing objects will be ejected and possibly arrested. In addition, fans who choose to consume alcohol must do so in a legal and responsible manner. K-State Athletics reserves the right to eject any patron whose behavior is against policy, unruly or illegal in nature. Arrest is possible. Fans shall comply with requests from venue staff regarding complex policies and emergency procedures.
COSTUMES
Costumes are permitted, but masks or facial coverings must be removed during the security screening process, on the concourse and at all concession/retail locations. Masks or facial coverings may only be worn within the complex bowl in the seating area as long as they do not create a distraction for other fans. Costumes with sharp edges or tips, including metal or hard plastic costume accessories (i.e. artificial weapons) are not allowed. Additionally, costumes are subject to further security screening. K-State Athletics reserves the right to ask anyone to remove their mask or costume due to security measures.

FOOD
Outside food and drink is permitted at the R.V. Christian Track and Field Complex.

GATES
Gates open one (1) hour prior to first event.
LOST AND FOUND
For items lost during a meet, please contact an Event Staff member. To claim items after a meet, contact the Athletics Operations office at 785-532-7600.
PARKING
Fans may park in the West lot of the K-State Sports Complex.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Cameras are permitted in R.V. Christian Track Complex for personal use only. Any commercial photography (large-lens with a stand or tripod) is prohibited. Video cameras are prohibited. In no instance should anyone taking photographs block aisleways and/or seating areas or otherwise interfere with another fan’s enjoyment of the meet.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
- Alcoholic beverages or controlled substances
- Glass bottles
- Possession or use of firearms, explosives (including fireworks) or other weapons
- Noisemakers
- Portable chairback seats exceeding 18" in width
- Large flags, flagpoles and items obstructing sightlines
- Live animals (except Guide and Service Dogs)
- Throwing of any objects
- Banners, placards and leaflets not pre-approved by the Athletics Department
- Standing in aisles and behind seating areas/aisles on the concourse
- Abusive, profance, and vulgar language or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, or other team representatives
RESTROOMS
Men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the South end of the Brandeberry Indoor Complex.
SOLICITATION
University policy prohibits solicitation of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on the grounds of the K-State Sports Complex. This includes solicitation of charitable donations and game or event tickets. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the stadium grounds and may be cited for trespassing.
SMOKING
Kansas State University policy prohibits the smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes or burning tobacco in any other form or device, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah or other water pipe devices and all other related devices on university property, except inside personal vehicles.
