Content Studio is used to create content with real time data ranging from stats, all sport controller, captioning, etc.

There is a lot to know when it comes to troubleshooting for Daktronics. It is imperative that you take many notes along the way, especially when it comes to how to fix issues that arise. It is much faster to refer to notes than to try and call up the support number.
Being downstream in the signal chain from the control room, you must be able to operate much of this position independently. This includes checking the boards, rotations, backups, etc. Fully checking everything and being very detail oriented will ensure that there are no surprises when the game begins.
The WSC control is open for you to come in and get some hands-on experience at any time. Take advantage of this opportunity to review what you have been shown, get some muscle memory, and explore menus. Spending time on the equipment is the only way to learn it.
