AS A SENIOR (2024)

Recorded her 8k personal best at the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) with a time of 25:10.2, more than 25 seconds better than her previous time from the same meet last season.
Ran in the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (8/31/24) in the 5k with a time of 21:59.8, finishing 42^nd.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)

Ran at the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) with an 8k time of 25:37.3, almost a minute faster than her previous last season.
At the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) she ran in the 5k with a time of 20:22.3.
During the first meet of the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) she finished the 5k with a time of 21:29.9.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

In her first collegiate 6k at the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) she finished with a time of 26:35.3.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) shaving a minute off her previous 5k best at 19:33.2 finishing 204^th.
Competed in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) and recorded a 5k time of 20:39.9, placing 159^th.
In her first collegiate meet in the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) she recorded a 5k time of 20:53.1, finishing 20^th.

Ran in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a time of 5:28.62.
Recorded her 1,500 meter personal best at the Oregon Open (4/18/25) in 5:12.96.
Started the season at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) running in the 1,500 meters with a time of 5:14.93.

INDOOR

In her first meet of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/31-2/1/25) she ran in the mile with a time of 5:49.97 in 9^th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)
OUTDOOR

Ran in the 5,000 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 20:25.01.
To start the season at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 11:45.28.

INDOOR

Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) with a time of 11:18.07 in 6^thplace.
In her first race of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a time of 11:31.83.

Ran in the 1,500 meters for the first time at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) with a 9^th place time of 5:13.29.
At the ESU Relays (3/23-25/23) she ran in the 5,000 meters with a 10^th place time of 18:35.89.

INDOOR

Ran in the 3,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a 6^th place time of 10:57.25.
In her first meet of the season at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/20-21/23) she ran in the 3,000 meters with a 3^rd place time of 10:51.15.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Finished 2^nd in the 5,000 meters at the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) with a time of 18:52.32.
Recorded her 5,000 meters personal best at the ESU Relays (3/24-26/22) with a time of 18:12.27, finishing 4^th.

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/18/22) she ran her 3,000 meters personal best at 10:41.70 in a 3^rd place finish.
In her first meet at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) she placed 7^th in her fastest mile at 5:25.19.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Shawnee Mission East High School in Prairie Village, Kan.
Lettered four times in cross country and track and field.
Advanced to the Class 5A/6A State Cross Country Championships as a junior and senior, finishing 30^th in 2020 with a time of 20:17.5.
Part of the 4x800m relay team with current teammate Grace Meyer which finished 2nd at the Class 5A/6A State Championship in 2021 with a time of 9:33.57.
Ran in the 800m, 1,600m and 3,200m while at Shawnee Mission East.
Named a Scholar-Athlete all four years at Shawnee Mission North.
Member of the National Honor Society.
