AS A SENIOR (2024)

Raced for the second time this season in the Big 12 Championship (11/1/24) with a time of 26:18.7 in the 8k.
Ran in his first race of the season at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18/24) with an 8k time of 26:10.3.

AS A JUNIOR (2023)

Competed in his first 10k in two years at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10/23) with a time of 34:19.9.
Recorded a new 8k personal best during the Big 12 Championship (10/28/23), leading the Wildcats in 47th place with a time of 24:28.8, more than 20 seconds faster than his previous. His time is no. 16 on the K-State all-time 8k list.
Ran in the 8k at the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) in a time of 24:52.8, a second behind his best, finishing 24^th.
At the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he ran the 8k with a time of 26:13.0.
During the first 8k of the year at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) he ran a time of 24:51.3, one of his best since 2021, placing 34^th.
Recorded his new 6k personal best during the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) while finishing first for the Wildcats in a 6^th place time of 19:02.9.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022)

At the Weis-Crockett Invitational (10/15/22) he ran an 8k time of 25:27.0, placing 135^th.
Ran in the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30/22) recording an 8k time of 26:33.9 finishing 219^th.
Competed in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational (9/17/22) finishing 31^st with an 8k time of 25:10.3.
Started the season at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3/22) with a 6k time of 19:20.6, placing 17^th.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021)

Advanced to the Midwest Regionals (11/12/21) for the first time in his career, finishing 88^th with a personal best 10k time of 32:21.7.
Helped the Wildcats to a 4th-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/29/21), finishing 34^th with an 8k time of 25:56.7. His 34^th-place finish was the highest by a Wildcat true freshman since 2019.
During the Pre-Nationals (10/15/21) he ran an 8k time of 26:18.8, placing 122^nd.
Ran an 8k time of 24:55.4 to place 40^th at the Gans Creek Classic (10/1/21).
Competed in his first college meet at the Cowboy Jamboree (9/18/21), posting an 8k time of 25:56.0 to place 82^nd out of 179 runners.

Started the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) running in the 1,000 meters with a time of 2:34.48 in 6^th place.

AS A JUNIOR (2023-24)

In his only meet of the season at the Shocker Spring Invitational (3/29-30/24) he ran in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:12.38.

INDOOR

At the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24) he ran in the 1,000 meters for the first time this season with a time of 2:36.56 in 4^th place.
Recorded his fastest mile at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) with a time of 4:11.03 in 4^th place.
Ran in two events at the Texas Tech Corky Classic (1/19/20/24) finishing runner-up in the mile with a time of 4:13.57 and 3^rd place in the 3,000 meters in 8:49.73.
In his first meet of the season at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/12/24) he ran in the mile with a time of 4:20.89.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Competed in two events at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) in the 1,500 meters preliminary in 3:59.79, then in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:04.34.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6/23) he recorded a new 1,500 meters personal best with a 2^nd place time of 3:50.30.
Recorded a new 5,000 meters personal best at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13-15/23) with a 5^th place time of 14:26.04.
Ran in his first 5,000 meters at the Texas Relays (3/29-4/1/23) with a time of 15:07.54.
In his first collegiate outdoor meet at the UTSA Invitational (3/17-18/23) he competed in three events, the 800 meters finishing 4^th in 1:56.78, the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:00.52 and in his first 4x400 relay in 3:42.44.

INDOOR

At the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) he ran in two events; the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:27.65, and in the 1,000 meters at 2:34.12.
Ran in the 1,000 meters for the first time at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23) with a winning time of 2:26.45.
Competed in the 3,000 meters for the first time at the Tyson Invitational (2/10-11/23) finishing 8^th with a time of 8:21.50, he also ran in the mile in 4:11.52, finishing 14^th.
During the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) he ran in the mile with a time of 4:24.99, finishing 11^th out of 34 competitors, he also ran in his first DMR, helping his team win at 10:01.85.
In his first collegiate track meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he competed in the mile run with a time of 4:17.29.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22)
Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Competed at Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Mo.
Lettered in cross country and track and field.
Helped Rock Bridge sweep the team 2020-21 Missouri Class 5A State Championships in both cross country and track and field, winning the individual cross country title in 2020.
Collected 5 1st-place finishes in cross country as a senior, including winning the individual title at the 2020 Missouri Class 5 State Championships with a 5k time of 15:34.5.
Competed in the Cross Country Town USA Meet of Champions (11/15/20), finishing in 41^st place in a field of 161 runner from across the country with a 5k time of 16:01.4.
Placed in the top-10 at the 2018 and 2019 Missouri Class 5A State Cross Country Championships, including a 3rd-place finish as a junior in 2019 with a personal-best time of 15:24.3.
Finished in the top-10 in 4 events (800m, 1,600m and 3,200m and 4x400m relay) at the 2021 Missouri Class 5A State Championship, including state runner-up finishes in the 1,600m with a personal-best time of 4:18.42 and 3,200m with a time of 9:18.50.
Advanced to the 2019 Missouri Class 5A State Championships in the 3,200m and 4x800m relay, finishing 7th in the relay and 11^th in the 3,200m.
