- Raced in his first NCAA postseason 10k at the Midwest Regional (11/15/24) with a time of 33:15.1.
- Started the season at the Gans Creek Invitational (9/27/24) in the 8k with a new personal best time of 25:35.4.
AS A FRESHMAN (2023)
- Ran in his first Big 12 Championship (10/28/23) with an 8k time of 25:59.4, just shy of 26 minutes.
- During the Panorama Farms Classic (10/14/23) he ran the 8k in a time of 26:38.5.
- At the Gans Creek Classic (9/29/23) he ran an 8k time of 26:30.2.
- Ran his first 8k at the John McNichols Invitational (9/16/23) with a time of 25:36.3, placing 77th.
- In his first collegiate meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/2/23) he ran the 6k in 20:08.9, finishing 24th.

- Competed in the 1,500 meters at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) with a time of 3:58.02 in 5th place.
- Ran his fastest 5,000 meters at the Oregon Team Invite (4/19/25) under 15 minutes in 9th place with a time of 14:43.59.
- Recorded his 1,500 meter personal best at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) with a time of 3:57.72.
- At the Steve Miller Invite (2/7/25) he ran in the mile with a time of 4:19.01 in 4th place.
- Ran in two events for the first time at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/31-2/1/25) in the 800 meters (6th; 1:55.42) and the 1,000 meters (7th; 2:30.08).
- Competed in the mile for the first time at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/17/25) with a time of 4:14.53 in 8th place.
AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24)
OUTDOOR
- At the Shocker Open (5/3/24) he ran in the 1,500 meters for the first time with a runner-up time of 3:59.16.
- Ran in the 5,000 meters during the Ward Haylett Invitational (4/26/24) with a time of 15:26.77 in 4th place.
- Started the season running in his first 5,000 meters at the WashU Distance Carnival (3/28-29/24) with a time of 15:07.02, 56th out of 278 runners.

PRIOR TO K-STATE
- Attended Garden City High in Garden City, Kan.
- Won the 2022 KSHSAA 6A Regional cross country championship.
- Finished 7th in the 2022 KSHSAA 6A cross country championship.
- Placed 3rd in the 1600 and 3200 meters in the 2022 KSHSAA 6A track and field championship.
- Was active in National Honor Society.
