- 2026 NCAA First Team All-American (Outdoor, 4x400 Relay)
AS A FRESHMAN (2025-26)
OUTDOOR
- Earned First Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (6/10-13) with the 4x400 relay team as they finished 8th in the finals with a time of 3:29.27.
- Punched her ticket with her 4x400 relay as they broke the outdoor school record at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27-30) with a time of 3:28.74, two seconds faster than the previous record from 2015, as the team finished in 8th place to qualify for the NCAA Championship.
- Medaled with her 4x400 relay team at the Big 12 Championship (5/14-16) with a 6th place finish in 3:33.12, tied for the no. 5 fastest time in the school outdoor top-10. She also ran in the individual 400 meters in 53.78 seconds.
- At the Ward Haylett Invite (5/8) she ran her fastest 400 meters as runner-up in 53.34 seconds.
- Competed in two relays at the Drake Relays (4/23-25) in the 4x400 relay where the team ran in 3:32.77 for 4th place, the no. 3 fastest time in the K-State outdoor records, and in the SMR where they ran in 3:50.99 finishing 3rd.
- During the Oregon Team Invite (4/17-18) she ran in two events, the 400 meters in 54.12 seconds as runner-up and the 4x400 relay where her team won in 3:34.19.
- In the first meet of the season at the Stanford Invite (4/3-4) she ran her fastest 200m dash in 24.58 seconds and also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished runner-up with a time of 3:35.17.
- Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (2/27-28) finishing 3rd with her 4x400 relay team as they ran a new school record time, another two seconds faster at 3:31.44. She also ran her fastest 400 meters in 54.35 seconds in the preliminary race.
- Ran in the 4x400 relay at the Steve Miller Invite (2/20) where her team finished in 3:39.95.
- With her 4x400 relay team they broke the indoor school record at the Tyson Invite (2/13-14) with a time of 3:33.59. She also ran in the individual 400 meters in 54.71 seconds.
- During the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/30-31) she finished runner-up in the 400 meters at 55.30 seconds and also ran in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 3rd in 3:39.55.
- In the first meet of the season at the Thane Baker Invite (1/16) she ran in the 200 meter dash in 24.99 seconds. She also ran in the 4x400 relay where her team finished 3rd with a time of 3:43.34.
