- 2026 NCAA First Team All-American (Outdoor, 4x400 Relay)
AS A FRESHMAN (2025-26)
OUTDOOR
- Earned First Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (6/10-13) with the 4x400 relay team as they finished 8th in the finals with a time of 3:29.27.
- Punched her ticket with her 4x400 relay as they broke the outdoor school record at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27-30) with a time of 3:28.74, two seconds faster than the previous record from 2015, as the team finished in 8th place to qualify for the NCAA Championship.
- Medaled with her 4x400 relay team at the Big 12 Championship (5/14-16) where the team finished 6th in 3:33.12, tied for the no. 5 fastest time in the school outdoor top-10. She also ran in the individual 400 meters in 55.15 seconds.
- Finished 3rd in the 400 meters at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/8) in 53.99 seconds.
- Competed in two relays at the Drake Relays (4/23-25) finishing 3rd in the SMR with a time of 3:50.99 and in the 4x100 relay the team ran in 46.37 seconds.
- During the Oregon Team Invite (4/17-18) she ran in two events, in the 400 meters in 55.22 seconds in 4th place and with her 4x400 relay team where they won with a time of 3:34.19.
- In the first meet of the season at the Stanford Invite (4/3-4) she ran in three events, the 200m dash in 24.57 seconds and two relays, the 4x100 where they finished runner-up un 45.22 seconds and also in 2nd place in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:35.17.
- Medaled in two events at the Big 12 Championship (2/27-28), finishing 3rd with her 4x400 relay team as they ran a new school record time, another two seconds faster at 3:31.44. She also finished 6th in the 600 yards in 1:19.06, the no. 2 fastest time in the K-State all-time top-10.
- With her 4x400 relay team they broke the indoor school record at the Tyson Invite (2/13-14) with a time of 3:33.59. She also ran in the individual 400 meters in 53.50 seconds, the no. 8 fastest time in the school records.
- Ran in the 400 meters invite race at the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/30-31) in 54.30 seconds in 5th place.
- Won the 600 yards during the first meet of the season at the Thane Baker Invite (1/16) in 1:19.96. Her 4x400 relay team also won the race with a time of 3:37.98, the no. 7 best time in the school records.
