- 2026 NCAA First Team All-American (Outdoor, 4x400)
AS A FRESHMAN (2025-26)
OUTDOOR
- Earned First Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championship (6/10-13) with the 4x400 relay team as they finished 8th in the finals with a time of 3:29.27, the no. 2 fastest time in the K-State records.
- Punched her ticket with her 4x400 relay as they broke the outdoor school record at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27-30) with a time of 3:28.74, two seconds faster than the previous record from 2015, as the team finished in 8th place to qualify for the NCAA Championship. She also ran in the individual 400 meters first round where she finished in 29th place in 52.92 seconds.
- Medaled in two events at the Big 12 Championship (5/14-16) with a new personal best in the 400 meters in 52.24 seconds for 7th place, now the no. 4 fastest time in the K-State outdoor records. With her 4x400 relay team they finished 6th with a time of 3:33.12, tied for the no. 5 fastest time in the school outdoor top-10.
- Ran in the 400 meters at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/8) in 54.18 seconds in 4th place.
- Competed in three relays at the Drake Relays (4/23-25) in the 4x400 relay where the team finished 4th in 3:32.77, the no. 3 fastest time in the K-State outdoor records, in the SMR in 3:50.99 in 3rd place and the 4x100 relay in 46.37 seconds.
- During the Oregon Team Invite (4/17-18) she competed in three events, running the 400 meters in 53.15 seconds. She also ran in two relays, the 4x100 relay where her team finished runner-up in 44.74 seconds and in the 4x400 relay where her team won in 3:34.19.
- In the first meet of the season at the Stanford Invite (4/3-4) she ran in three events, the 200m dash in 24.20 seconds and finished runner-up in two relays, in the 4x100 relay in 45.22 seconds and the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:35.17.
- Medaled at the Big 12 Championship (2/27-28) with her 4x400 relay team with a new school record time of 3:31.44 in 3rd place. She also recorded her fastest individual 400 meters in 53.51 seconds in 12th place in the preliminary race.
- With her 4x400 relay team they broke the indoor school record at the Tyson Invite (2/13-14) with a time of 3:33.59. She also ran in the individual 400 meters in 53.95 seconds.
- During the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/30-31) she ran in the 400 meters invite in 54.37 seconds in 6th place and also in the 4x400 relay, her team finishing 3rd in 3:39.55.
- In the first meet of the season at the Thane Baker Invite (1/16) she ran in two events, the 600 yards in 1:22.98 and in the 4x400 relay where her team won with a time of 3:37.98.
