AS A SENIOR (2024-25)
OUTDOOR

Earned First Team All-America honors at the NCAA Championship (6/11-14/25) with a new personal best 3^rd place in the decathlon at 7,859 points, the no. 4 best score in the K-State school records. He won one event, the 1,500 meters, with his fastest time in three years in 4:22.46. Other top finishes was runner-up in the pole vault (5.01m) and in the discus throw (4^th; 45.10m). He also had two more personal bests with his fastest 400m in two years in 48.85 seconds and the 100m dash in 11.01 seconds.
During the Big 12 Championship (5/15-17/25) he had two performances, in the pole vault clearing a height of 4.91m in 14^th place and in the shot put with a throw of 14.00m.
Recorded two personal bests with 3^rd place finishes at the Ward Haylett Invite (5/9/25) in the shot put at 14.58m and in the discus throw at 46.47m.
Finished 4^th in the Drake Relays (4/23-26/25) decathlon with a score of 7,788 points. He won three events on the second day of competition-- the discus throw (44.83m), the pole vault (4.95m) and the 1,500 meters (4:32.14). He also finished runner-up in the shot put (14.21) and tied for 3^rd in the high jump (1.95m).
At the Oregon Open (4/18/25) he competed in two throwing events, the shot put at 14.45m for 4^th place and finishing 6^th in the discus throw for his best distance in three years at 46.24m.
Competed in four events at the KT Woodman Classic (4/11-12/25) finishing runner-up in the pole vault invite at 5.00m and recorded a personal best in the 110m hurdles in 14.62 seconds in 10^th place.
Started the season at the Emporia State Relays (3/27-28/25) competing in the decathlon with 4,902 points in 11^thplace. He won two events, the javelin throw (51.90m) and the discus throw (42.38m).

Medaled in the heptathlon at the Big 12 Championship (2/23-24/24) in 5^th place with 5,522 points. He recorded his highest finish in the shot put (3^rd; 13.72) and his fastest 60m hurdles in 8.35 seconds.
Competed in two events at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/16/24), in the shot put at 13.66m in 4^thplace and in the pole vault clearing a height of 4.83m in 7^th place.
Competing in his first heptathlon of the season during the Steve Fritz Men's Heptathlon/DeLoss Dodds Invitational (2/1-3/24) he finished 2^nd with 5,595 points. He recorded his fastest 60m dash (7.21 seconds), won both the pole vault (5.00m) and the 1,000 meters (2:46.58) and runner-up in the shot put (13.20m) and high jump (1.99m).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2022-23)
OUTDOOR

Finished 5^th in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships (5/12-14/23) with 7,539 points, winning the high jump at 2.02m and 1,500 meters at 4:23.85, finishing runner-up in the pole vault at 4.76m and 3^rd place in the 400m in 49.22 seconds.
At the Rock Chalk Classic (4/29/23) he competed in the discus with a throw of 42.87m and also ran in the 4x400 relay where his team took 2^nd with a time of 3:12.19.
Took 3^rd in the decathlon at the Jim Click Combined Events (4/6-7/23) with 7,440 points. He won the discus with a throw of 37.25m and finished runner-up in the pole vault (4.70m) and javelin throw (52.68m) and recorded his personal bests in the long jump at 6.99m.

INDOOR

Medaled during the Big 12 Championships (2/24-25/23) with a 4^th place heptathlon finish of 5,462 points, during the events he recorded a new 1,000 meters personal best winning time of 2:38.67, his second best finish a 2^nd place pole vault height of 4.93m.
Competed in two events at the Steve Miller Invitational (2/17/23); winning the pole vault with a height of 4.90m and in the 60m hurdles, finishing 3^rd in 8.57 seconds.
Recorded multiple personal bests at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (1/26-28/23) where he competed in his best pentathlon at 5,710 points, a new best and no. 6 on the K-State all-time list; also recorded a best while winning the pole vault at 5.20m, the high jump in a 3^rd place personal best 2.07m and also won the 1,000 meters at 2:41.76.
At the DeLoss Dodds Invite (1/20-21/23) he won the 60m hurdles in 8.67 seconds and was runner-up in the pole vault at 4.90m.
During the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/13/23) he competed in three events, the pole vault at 5.05m in 3^rd place, the shot put with a 4^th place distance of 13.25m and in the 60m hurdles at 8.51 seconds.
In his first meet at the K-State Winter Invitational (12/10/22) he competed in two events, the shot put at 13.28m, and in the 4x400 where his team took 1st at 3:23.39.

SUMMER 2022 (SWEDISH OUTDOOR CHAMPIONSHIP)

Finished 2^nd in the decathlon held July 23-24 in Vasteras, Sweden with a tally of 7,618 points, being one of 3 competitors (along with former teammate Carl af Forselles) to eclipse 7,000 points.
Won the high jump and 1,500 meters (his time of 4.28.75 was more than 21 seconds faster than his nearest competitor) and tops in his heat in the 100 meters.
Reached season-bests including a height of 2.08m in the high jump, 13.45m in the shot put and 15.15 seconds in the 110m hurdles.
Tied for the silver medal in the high jump held August 6-7 with a mark of 2.06m.

AS A FRESHMAN (2021-22)
OUTDOOR

Earned Second Team All-American honors at the NCAA Championships (6/8-11/22) in the decathlon with 7,546 points in 12^th place, where he recorded his best finishes with a 2^nd place 1,500 meters at 4:23.85 and also finishing 3^rd in the pole vault at a height of 4.81m.
At the Big 12 Championships (5/13-15/22) he recorded his best decathlon at 7,587 points finishing 4^th, also recording a personal best in the javelin throw at 57.89m. He also won the discus at 43.22m and the 1,500 meters at 4:31.75.
At the Ward Haylett Invitational (5/6-7/22) he recorded a high jump height of 2.06m, finishing runner-up.
During the Texas Tech Corky Classic (4/29-30/22) he finished 7^th in the pole vault (4.73m) and the discus throw (38.73m).
In his first meet of the season he competed in four events at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/22-23/22), the 100m hurdles at 15.34 seconds, 4x400 relay with a 10^th place 3:21.07, high jump at 1.95m and shot put with a distance of 38.73m.

INDOOR

Competed in the Big 12 Championships (2/25-26/22) where he finished 3^rdin the heptathlon with 5,639 points, winning the 1,000 meters at 2:39.51, shot put at 13.14m and the high jump at 2.05m.
Finished 5^th in the high jump at the Iowa State Classic (2/11-12/22) with a height of 2.04m.
In his first heptathlon at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational (1/21-22/22) he finished 2^nd with 3,561 points, winning the 1,000 meters at 2:45.28.
In his first meet at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular (1/14/22) he finished 4^th in the pole vault with a height of 4.62m.

PRIOR TO K-STATE

Earned the bronze medal in the heptathlon at the 2021 Swedish Indoor Championships on January 30-31 with a score of 5,657… Won the 1,000m and high jump, and 2^nd in the pole vault.
Won the silver medal in the high jump at the 2021 Swedish Indoor Championships on February 20 with a height of 2.11m/6-11.
Finished 4^th in the heptathlon at the 2020 Swedish Indoor Championships on February 1-2 with a score of 5,310 points… Won the high jump competition with a mark of 2.07m/6-9.50, was 2^nd in the 1,000m and 3^rd in both the 60m dash and 60m hurdles.
Won the bronze medal in the high jump at the 2020 Swedish Outdoor Championships on August 15 with a mark of 2.08m/6-9.75.
Was the Swedish Junior Champion in the high jump in both 2019 and 2020, while he was the Swedish National Champion in 2020… Won the 2019 title with a mark of 2.02m/6-7.50, while hit on a height of 2.07m/6-9.50 to win Juniors in 2020… Won the National championship with a mark of 2.12m/6-11.50.
Qualified for the 2019 Nordic U20 Championships in the decathlon, finishing 2^nd with a season-best total of 7,166 points… The score qualified him for the European U20 Championships in July 2019.
