AS A SENIOR AT CENTRAL MISSOURI (2023-24)
  • First Team All-America honors in the triple jump and heptathlon at NCAA DII Championship (5/23-25/24) with 5,354 points in 8th place and a triple jump of 12.63m in 4th place.
  • Won the heptathlon at the MIAA Championship (5/3-5/24) with 5,291 points including a win in the javelin throw.
  • Runner-up in the pentathlon at the NCAA DII Championship (3/8-9/24) with 3,950 points as well as First Team All-America honors in the triple jump in 8th place with a jump of 12.48m.
  • Won the pentathlon at the MIAA Championship (2/23-25/24) with 3,890 points and wins in the 800 meters and high jump.

AS A JUNIOR AT CENTRAL MISSOURI (2022-23)
  • First Team All-America honors in the heptathlon at the NCAA DII Championship (5/25-27/23) in 7th place with 5,247 points.
  • Recorded her heptathlon personal best at the Emporia State Relays (3/23-25/23) with a winning performance of 5,476 points, winning all seven events.
  • Runner-up in the pentathlon at the NCAA DII Championship (3/10-11/23) with a personal best of 4,018 points and winning the 800 meters and long jump. Also earned First Team All-America honors in the triple jump with her personal best jump of 12.84m in 3rd place and an 8th place finish in the individual long jump at 5.89m.
  • Won the pentathlon and long jump at the MIAA Championship (2/24-26/23) with 3,943 points and a long jump of 5.90m.

AS A SOPHOMORE AT CENTRAL MISSOURI (2021-22)
  • First Team All-America honors in the triple jump at the NCAA DII Championship (3/11-12/22) with a 5th place jump of 12.49m.
  • Won the triple jump at the MIAA Championship (2/25-27/22) with a distance of 12.45m.

AS A FRESHMAN AT CENTRAL MISSOURI (2020-21)
  • First Team All-America honors in the triple jump and heptathlon at NCAA DII Championship (5/27-29/21) with 5,189 points in 5th place and a 4th place finish in the triple jump at 12.71m (2.9).
  • Won the heptathlon and triple jump at the MIAA Championship (5/8-9/21) with 5,157 points and first place finishes in the shot put, long jump and javelin throw, an an individual triple jump performance of 12.44m.
  • First Team All-America honors in the triple jump and pentathlon at NCAA DII Championship (3/11-13/21) with 3,843 points in 5th place and a triple jump of 12.48m in 4th place.
  • Won the triple jump at the MIAA Championship (2/27-28/21) with a distance of 12.52m and finished runner-up in the long jump at 5.87m.
