Sedlmajerova Named To Preseason All-Conference Team

MANHATTAN, Kan. - Senior Petra Sedlmajerova and 12 other student-athletes were named to the 2003 Preseason Coaches All-Big 12 Conference women's tennis singles team. It is the second-straight year Sedlmajerova has been honored on the preseason team.

Sedlmajerova was named the 2002 Big 12 Conference No. 3 singles position runner-up after posting an 18-10 singles record. In 2001, she earned all-Big 12 Conference honors at No. 2 singles and was the league's No. 2 singles runner-up.

Kansas State is 1-0 on the season and hosts Southwest Missouri State on Saturday at noon.
