Wildcats Notch Career Highs in 3-2 Win over Aggies

Middle blocker Farr finished the night with a career high 20 kills on 34 attempts with only two errors for a hitting percentage of .529. The
"Nataly was great when we needed her to be," head coach Suzie Fritz said. "I think she put pressure on them. They are good at keeping rallies alive, and she did a good job of distrupting their defense. Nataly is able to consistently put together good performances, but with her size she can become a better blocker."
Three additional Wildcats produced double figures in kills, including sophomore Kelsey Chipman who put down 15 on .379 hitting. She also notched a match-high eight blocks while recording one service ace. Jenny Jantsch finished with 13 kills while Rita Liliom tallied 12 for the Wildcats.
With five Wildcats having over 10 kills, K-State registered 92 kills on the Aggies with 31 errors on 201 attempts to hit at .303. The Cats started the match with a hitting clip of .359 in the first set and ended with perfect attacking after having nine kills with no errors in the fifth game for a .692 percentage.

The Aggies were led by Sarah Ammerman who finished with 19 kills with six digs and four blocks. Mary Batis added 18 kills and 18 digs for a double-double, while setter Kristen Schevikhoven had 56 assists and 13 digs to be the second Aggie with a double-double on the night.
