
2019 Baseball Season Tickets on Sale November 19

MANHATTAN, Kan. – With the hiring of new head coach Pete Hughes this offseason, K-State baseball is looking forward to the 2019 season, which includes 29 games at Tointon Family Stadium. Season tickets will go on sale Monday, November 19, athletic department officials announced Friday.
For the sixth straight season, season ticket prices are unchanged from the previous year as packages start at less than $2 per game. Cat Cushion general admission seating, which is located down the first and third base lines, are $100 for adults, $75 for K-State faculty and staff, and $50 each with a Wildcat 4 Pack.
Chairback seats, situated between the dugouts behind home plate, start at $100 when purchasing a Wildcat 4 Pack. Adult chairback season tickets are $150, while faculty and staff are $125.
To purchase season tickets, fans can visit k-statesports.com/tickets, call 1-800-221-CATS (2287) or stop by the K-State Athletics Ticket Office in Bramlage Coliseum.
Fans who order or renew season tickets on the first day will receive one free Nike K-State purple and black fitted baseball hat per account in addition to all the early-bird (Friday, December 14) and priority deadline (Friday, January 11) specials. Additional hats can also be purchased before the early-bird deadline at a discounted rate of just $20.
Early-bird renewals include a $10 savings on the season processing fee and will also have the chance to be selected to throw out a ceremonial first pitch before a select game. In addition to being able to retain or upgrade seating, all fans who order by the priority deadline will receive a concession discount card for $1 savings on hotdogs, popcorn and pretzels throughout the season. Fans will also be entered to win prizes including an opportunity to watch batting practice on the field for a select home game and a pregame cookout for 10 friends on the new right field patio.
Under Hughes, the Wildcats will welcome in 13 different opponents during the 2019 campaign, including regional non-conference opponents Nebraska, Omaha and Wichita State in addition to Big 12 rivals Oklahoma, TCU, Texas Tech and West Virginia.
The home opener is set for Friday, March 1 against San Francisco. The game against the Dons begins a stretch of 16 home games at Tointon Family Stadium in the month of March. The Cats will be host eight April games before ending their home slate May 10-12 against WVU.
Four teams that qualified for the postseason in 2018 make trips to Manhattan next season, including Texas Tech who made its way to the College World Series. Canisius, Oklahoma and Texas Southern, who all made regional berths, also visit Tointon Family Stadium in 2019.
Nineteen newcomers who will join 13 returning letterwinners from last year's Wildcat squad, including juniors Will Brennan, Kasey Ford and Cameron Thompson and four-year seniors Brogan Heinen and Mitch Zubradt.
