Wildcats Wrap Up Regular Season at TCU

MANHATTAN, Kan. – K-State heads to Fort Worth, Texas, to take on TCU in the regular-season finale for both squads in a Wednesday matinee, with first serve set for 1 p.m., at The Rickel.
K-State (14-12, 4-11 Big 12) went 1-1 last week, including a five-set victory over Kansas Wednesday and a four-set defeat to Texas Tech on Senior Night at Ahearn Field House on Saturday. The Wildcats are seeking to end a four-match losing skid to TCU (15-11, 7-8 Big 12).
Wednesday's match will be broadcast live on FOX Sports Southwest Plus and the FOX Sports Go app. Rob Voelker will be on the call on News Radio KMAN (93.3 FM, 1350 AM) with free, live audio available at K-StateSports.com/watch.

- After claiming the opening set, the Red Raiders claimed the next three to sweep the season series for the first time in the series' history.
- TTU held a 59-40 edge in total kills while limiting the Cats to a .142 hitting percentage.
- The Wildcats were led by freshman Brooke Heyne, who produced her second career double-double with a team-high 11 kills and 13 digs.

- TCU (15-11, 7-8 Big 12) enters the Wednesday's regular-season finale having won three of its last four matching, going 2-0 last week with victories over West Virginia (3-1) and Kansas (3-0).
- TCU is 13-2 at The Rickel this season and is 5-2 at home in Big 12 play.
- Freshman élan McCall leads the Horned Frogs and ranks second in the conference at 4.81 kills per set.
- McCall's 4.54 kills/set in league-only matches is good for third highest.
